Serving- 4 to 5
Ingredients:
For Aloo curry-
Potato(peeled and washed)-4
Tomato(chopped)-2 (medium)
Bay leaves- 2
Dry red chilli-2
Panchphoron-1 tsp
(Mix of Cumin, Brown Mustard, Fenugreek, Nigella
and Fennel seeds)
Cooking oil- 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste or 1 tsp
For Puri-
Atta- 2 cups
Salt- 1tsp
Cooking oil for frying

Everything came out really well. The recipe was really good and the way to make poori shown here is one of the most easiest and the best to make poori's. the alloo curry and puris both came out really well.

Made this today kabita. Tried step by step and it turned out to be so delicious that my mother in law , who usually avoids dinner, ate 3 pooris .
But I couldn't roll it with dry flour like u advised.
I've tried this recipe on two occasions, and it's turned out absolutely delightful both times. All round crowd pleaser! I've tried some of your other recipes as well Kabita and those were brilliant too. Your videos are normally a go-to for Indian recipes for me now. I really appreciate your content. Thank you!
