I just turned 59. I have been in so many choirs with a great voice but never got the lead part. Now the church that I been going to all my life needs a piano player. I'm ready to give my time to become a piano player so I can sing some leads for a change, without pride.
Make sure the focus of your worship is to worship though 🙏🏽. What part we play in the church has nothing to do with us, it’s all for the betterment of the congregation and for the glory of God. I really really recommend reading the book “The Reset” by Jeremy Riddle

I'm not a paying member, but I think if you are then you can change the voicing around a bit. One arrangement needs piano instead electric piano.

A few mess ups, I just needed to learn the rift. Please fix your hand positioning. Use 1,3,5 (1-Thumb,3-middle finger, 5-pinkie) when you’re playing. I’m not sure if you’re playing like that to show the audience or if that’s how you actually play, but trust. When making chords, use 1,3,5, You’re bound to messed up a lot with 1,2,3.
