Rise and Rise of Laura Ashley - 1976

This is one of the first films produced featuring Laura Ashley, produced in 1976, when the company was expanding and opening shops worldwide. The Laura Ashley brand became globally recognised.
This film demonstrates how the company grew from the small Welsh village of Carno, in mid-Wales.
Carno cemetery is the resting place of both Laura and Bernard Ashley.
