Maybe they could balance him by making an area around your opponent where you cant? Like a red circle around them that marks out an area you cant dash to. You can only use it for repositioning and maybe have 2 charges every 15-20 seconds, make the limit 4-5 meters, make it only visual direction based (you have to look in the direction youre going to dash to) and boom i think its pretty balanced. His ultimate would give him 4 charges and increase the distance to 6m so he would be able to put a tunnel starting from the bottom of fragment tower to the top. Whattcha think?
@@inepttart but just like Brian(dev) said, if your skill have too much restriction, after couple of days people will just learn it and counter by prefire. If all this happen people will start to not care about this legend cus everyone know how to counter it so well. And probably some legend will be much better then dashing like grapple or stim
@@maximuszen5304 i don't really think casual players would be like that. And i mean look at lobas bracelet even. Its really just a better version of that but its already in game. You could say dash behind something so the enemy can't prefire, or run away with it. You can counter wraiths tactical too, just like every other one in the game. Its a really balanced ability and i would love to see it in-game. I think there shouldnt be a cast animation tho, maybe a small one. It should definetly be an in-fight tool where you can fastly reposition to safer ground. And its not like nobody can follow you, pathfinder has a grapple and zipline, octane a stim and a launch pad, wraith has her tactical and portal, loba has her bracelet so on and so forth.
Having Midas' passive give him bonus materials similarly to how Lifeline's passive gives her extra loot from certain bins might be a good way to balance that passive and not make it campy
he would be too op, it would need a full rework to the point he'd only keep like one of his abilities. i really like it myself but think about a revtane dashing tapstraffing fuchs pushing you, trying to track that movement would be impossible. how id talk you out of him would be like saying horizon passive, octane's Q and wraiths ult.
@@Stephen-N yes that is true many people thought that octane would be too op because of the speed. But erotic movement and abilitys OR PASSIVES that help avoid gunfire or abilitys are often times top charts and too op
I gotta good one, the Bugmaster, Passive: Exoskeleton, each Evo shield had 25 extra shield, Tactical: Acid Spit, Spits out acid that sits on the ground for 1 minute and deals 10 damage per second while sticking onto the enemy if you hit them with it or they walk over it, Ultimate: Bug swarm, he summons three bug drones that go around flying towards enemies and pings them when they are in range, they also search for better shields, and can shoot 3 bullets per drone, 10-25 damage depending on the range. Either that or he summons ticks from Titanfall 2 that go and explode near enemies and stun them whilst dealing 20 damage
For mimic, I think that duplicate can have different cooldowns based on the tier of the item. Red items you cannot duplicate (no care pack guns, loot vault keys, or red shields for shield swaps). Purple items 2.5 minute cooldown, white is 30 seconds.
I rly want to tell and idea of my own so here it is: Legend name: Jack Backstory: Jack is a little boy who was abandoned from his parents and picked up from robots, he friends one robot and they grew up with each other before running away to join apex legends. Jack sits on the robot acting like a head and his body would be the robot who had a full body, but it’s head would be jack. Passive: jack and his robot would be able to sprint faster, it would also have a cool animation while sprinting by the robots legs going into the chest and boosters coming out letting jack control a drone like robot Tactical: jacks tactical would be the the robot once again turning into the drone and hovering slightly above head level and spinning in circles while the robot shoots with a gun damaging anyone around them Ultimate: jacks ultimate would be the robot boosting high into the hair and doing a huge scan of the area revealing enemies, chest, and floor loot. Let me know if you like this or not
I've got one Phantom: Passive: Automatically places a silencer on any weapon that can take a barrel stabilizer. It takes up the slot but can be replaced with a normal barrel stabilizer. It heavily reduces the sound, muzzle flash, and trail left by the bullet. Another good one that could either be a replacement or a second passive would be something similar to what Cavera does on R6, where doing a finisher will give you the locations of that player's teammates. Tactical: I'm not really sure a good tactical for this stealth based kit but I was thinking that a small dart could be shot and it will periodically send out a radar pulse telling if enemies are in the area. It only sends out one every 3 or so seconds and the enemies are alerted to it's presence so the can destroy it. It will have a light that flashes every time it gives off a pulse. You can carry 2 and have 4-6 on the map at a time. Ultimate: you become much faster and quieter. You also become invisible to scans, drones, Valk ults, and scan darts (though drones will see a pixelated patch when you sprint or shoot, but won't directly tell the team your location). You also pull out a buffed, silenced version of the P2020 that shoots faster, has higher damage, and has a bigger magazine. This would last 20-30 seconds and have a pretty long cool down. Let me know if there would be any good changes to make, but I think a more stealth based character in this game would be fun for some play styles and it would be interesting to see fights with silenced weapons.
@@BobbinRobbin777 Oh that would be busted if Cooper were added. By the time of Apex Legends, he’s definitely a high ranking military official, as the Militia definitely had time to build up their fleet and become a completely organized military. Hell, Cooper is probably like Lastimosa was and is a veteran pilot, provided he didn’t retire like Blisk did. But that’s his passive, what would his tactical and ultimate be? I mean we definitely can’t have a Titan on the field, because than you’d have twenty squads with one player each as Cooper just so they can have a twenty foot tall war machine on standby. So the more balanced choice would have to be the smart pistol.
I think Chain's design was definitely an inspiration for Seer. With the spyglass that can see other legends when unequipping weapons, a tactical that disables abilities, and an ultimate that reveals everyone in a certain field.
I have some character ideas that are for a book I’m writing, but I think some of their abilities could work in-game. Legend Name: Bolt (Firearm Specialist) Passive: Battle Ready Hipfire accuracy is increased by 20%. Increases movement speed by 10% while sprinting and shooting. Tactical: Solo Shield Repair 15% of any lost armor instantly. If your armor has not been damaged, gain a temporary over-armor boost for 7 seconds. 24 second cooldown. Ultimate: Gung-ho The weapon that is currently equipped gains infinite ammo. Battle Ready’s effects are increased by 75%. Lasts 8 seconds. Feedback is appreciated. Lmk if you would like to hear more character ideas!
This was such a good video idea man. I was genuinely interested from start to finish. Especially with the dev spitballing ideas and countering ideas with true balancing ideas.
My concept: *Name*: Scion *Passive*: Interrogation (Finishing an enemy reveals the location of their allies, but not their movement) *Tactical*: Backdoor (Put down a device that you can teleport back to after an animation. The device will disappear after not being used for 20 seconds) *Ultimate*: Infiltrate (Go completely invisible, but not invincible. If you go near an enemy they can see you, and taking damage will deactivate the cloak. You can teleport back to your Backdoor during the cloak but can't do anything else and you can deactivate this at anytime) I've had this concept in mind for a while, after mirage lost his old ultimate of going invisible
I got one his name is deathfinder pathfinders half brother. His passive is Extra Ammo- every gun he picks up he gets 2 extra extra bullets a mag, example G7 scout, 22. His tactical is Body Armor- he takes 3 less damage, example Alternator 14 to body with his tactical that last 10 seconds, and it has a 25 second cooldown. His ultimate is a Body Shock- with his ult he sends out a shock wave that explodes in a radius as big as Hammond Labs, it takes off half your health, and half your shield, and reveals where you are and it takes 140 seconds to charge up. He is a offensive legend. His lore is that he is on revenants side but plans to kill him.
I love hearing the explanations from the game dev. It really shows how thoughtful the apex team is about their game and how much they want their players to enjoy the game.
I have a concept for a more pve-inclusive legend, since i like the trials and long for the S5 broken ghost pve again... Anyway, firstly the passive: Less friction than other legends, meaning you take longer to slow down when sliding. Also accelerate during a fall faster than other legends (Like increased gravity /opposate of horison's passive). Secondly, the tactical: Coat the floor in front of you with ice (about just enough to cover a hallway of about 10m), forcing those who move over it to move constantly at the speed and direction they entered it in, until they reach the end of the coated area. (Used for mobility as it gives a speed boost, but also area dinial as it makes those who use it move predictably) Finally, the ultimate: Summon an ice prowler to attack the enemy. It melts as it moves, effectively making its health bar the duration. Press the legend utility button (same button to control mirage's decoy) to order it to follow or defend (much like the auto-titans in titanfall). It would need some lengthy animations to balance, but let me know what you guys think.
Idea for a character: name: Swarm description: a humanoid bot that can control a large amount of very small drones that can come out of a compartment in it's wrists. passive: Heals shield over time when not taking damage (similar to Octane's passive). tactical: Sends out a swarm of drones to teammates which slowly repairs their shields and provides a small amount of ammo for their guns. ultimate: Summons a large cloud of drones which slowly eats away at enemy's shields, destroys doors and objects (such as octane pads and rampart walls) and disorients enemies. (btw I don't know how he should summon them so I'll leave that up to your imagination.) backstory: It was a prototype assist droid for the army that would repair vehicles and armour via drones 1mm in size, but when the platoon that it was supposed to protect died, it spontaneously activated. The droid was found continuously repairing the vehicles and armour of the soldiers, which were skeletons by now. The droid was taken into a facility where they tried to turn it into a machine for war by making it destroy vehicles and eat away at people's flesh, the opposite of what it was programmed to do. After months of the same routine over and over, it cracked, violently lashing out at the scientists that were looking over it and using the swarm of bots under it's control to eat a way out of the facility, it then wondered the world, hiding from the facility that it escaped from and eventually ran into lifeline who's family supplied his platoons army, it agreed with lifelines views on war and decided to help with her cause in the apex games. Feedback would be nice as this is the first idea for a character that I have made in years and I'm not the best at balancing.
I think mimics copycat is badass because I imagine you pic the characters before hand. Then say you hop in with a grapple then pop someone with fuse's knuckle duster during a fight. So people would be making like recipes for their favorite abilities that mesh well. Movement lords picking stim and grapple. And tanks picking bubble and gas. Just a thought
I had an idea regarding the abomination and it's own like "minigame" thing. It could be made so that the match starts as a normal halloween special battle royal but one squad is randomly chosen as the abomination. The character's passives, tacticals, and ultimates are replaced with a button that allows the team to become the abomination, but other than that they remain looking like their normal skins. As the match progresses, each player/team that is wiped or killed by the abomination add health, abilities, and strengths to the abomination. When it kills a player, the abomination gains that legend's power when opening it's loot box. However, the player can still be respawned. But when a whole team's loot box is accessed, that team is prompted to join the abomination and control some of it's powers. Because the abomination gains strength and health by killing other legends, the endgame will likely consist of all remaning teams trying to wipe out the abomination. You can earn apex coins and levels but how long you last against the abomination and how much damage you deal against it. And if you manage to kill the abomination, you get a special perk. I'm sorry if I might have copied somebodies idea. I have yet to think of the monster's abilities so you can reply with ideas for them if you wish so.
Videogame Dunkey Passive - Mastapiece : if he founds 2 identical atachements shields or helmets, he combinbines them and turns into the same item with a hier rarity, creating his own MASTAPIECE Tactical - Spagueti and Meatbols : Dunkey trows spageti and meatbols, if touches the ground, he and his teammates can eat, restoring health and giving a speed boost, if touches an ennemy, it gets blind with the sauce and does some damage Ultimate - KNACK IS BACK : Knack comes to the battlefield , he can carry his teammates and will run into ennemies to punch them in the guts, causing damage pusshing them, he will disapear after some time because the world don't handle his power
We need more like this video and concept, this was interesting through and through. Easily the first video over 20 minutes I legitimately sat through the entirety of that wasn’t pure gameplay.
I think a time based legend would be cool. But also the idea of being able to pick stuff up at a distance is good kinda like rougue company and the idea of slowly building throughout the match like in titan fall 2
Chain would be such a sneaky way to buff Fuse. It go like this, Fuse: Your trapped now! Chain: And don't even think about getting away. Then just throw a Gibbi in their, and hell rains on the enemies.
In therms of characters that copy others, before Echo in OW, there was The Morrigan in Smite, which have the skill to transform into any one of the other nine characters in the match, and use all of its abilities for a duration. She was and still is a challenge from various stand points. - First, to the devs: at lauch she broke the game, causing crashes and a huge list of bugs, so big that she had an official "The Morrigan's Bugs" thread on the Smite reddit, so the devs could collect feedback from the players. - Second, to the competitive scene: she became a must pick/ban, her ability to make a team double down on a very potent skill like a huge team fight ult or copying the enemy strongest player to turn the tides of a match. - And third, to the players: To effectively play her, you need to be able to change your playstyle in a second, when using the ult, and have a good grasp in how to play most characters of the game, because you have to be able to use at least one of the characters that your enemies or teammates choose in the match, and there are more than 100 by now. It would be fun to see a similar character in Apex, but for sure it would be a massive headache to the devs from both technical and balancing views.
I was legit gonna comment to make your own! Ima put all my legends down below. Yes I made all of these, yes, some may be bad. Platon Passive: Melee Attacks Knock Enemies 3X Further Than Usually Tactical: Self Revive (Can Only Use ONCE When Downed) Ultimate: Throw A Shock Bomb By Pressing The Shoot Button Which Launches Enemies. You can still hit with melee Hacker Passive: Sprint while Healing Tactical: Deliver Random Healing Items To Teammates Ultimate: Send out a drone that heals, speed boost, or damage boosts nearby teammates by 2X depending on which one they choose Ray X. Sorry but platoons passive sucks and mr dynamite passive is just fuses passive and sight knights passive is always available in game it is useless and mw pilots passive just sounds like a skin while gliding you did not say Anything about it making you go faster especially since gliding does not exist in the game since the description says he gets a glider while gliding so it is hard to tell especially since idk how gliding will help that much also his ult it just a way worse Valkyrie ult
Concept: Ember a prototype of a stalker unit that has Scorch’s weaponry, the unit has a modified chassis. Defensive Thermal chassis: takes 20% less damage from fire and explosives and deal 20% more with thermite Wildfire: Launches a modified thermite that spreads out in a pool Ultimate, Detonator: The battery on the back of Ember explodes dealing 30 damage but volleys of thermite launch out in front of it
My legend. The bad guy of gridiron. Passive: pick up and run with downed allies Tactical: wall run Ultimate. A drop ship that can shot at enemies and also will double as a drop ship to respawn teammates of the banners you have picked up.
I think a sick legend would be an ability thief, so, they steal another legends tactical with an animation and then have it for 1 or 2 uses, but having the normal cooldown of that legend or maybe with and extra 5-10seconds and then it goes away. That would be so epic! Also means that if you have to get close to the enemy to steal the abilty, maybe 10-15m. And so, then ultimate could be a short charged dash of 15-20m to help escape or initiate a fight. And then something just like not slowed by bullets or silent walking as a passive which assist the ability thief ever so slightly.
Idea: Chain is from the planet fusey and Maggie is from and reveals more about the planet and says Maggie is still alive. And maybe his intro is that he took over the ring when Maggie left and found out she died and came to find her because he was her second in command and beefs with fusey for leaving salvo. Seems cool idk but space pirate is awesome too
I've got one! Legend Name: Omega. Boosted Protector Passive: Can pick up and carry knocked teammates. Allowing you to take them to safer areas. When a teammate is knocked, he gets a 10% speed buff. When both teammates are down. he gets a 30% speed buff. (Balancing )If both teammates are dead and are in need of respawning, he retains his 30% speed buff until they are respawned or if they expire. If all the teammates' banner cards expire, he is left with 10% speed buff. Tactical: Concussive Grenade Throw a concussive grenade that explodes after a short delay, blasting people away from it. You can use this to get to high ground or to get into someone face and fight them up close. You can also use it to divide a team closely huddled together. Allowing you to pick off any stragglers that couldn't positions themselves properly. Its usefulness is dependant on how well you use it. You get what I mean. You can also use it when carrying a knocked teammate. Ultimate: Ultimate Force Enter a Pilot - State, where you equip a smart pistol, gain a 30% speed buff, wall run and double jump. This State allows you to save teammates or attack with blistering speed. The state lasts only 15 seconds and the smart pistol only has 20 rounds. As for the pistol its an auto locking pistol that targets enemy when there is clear sightline. It takes 1/2 a second to lock on. After a target is locked, you can fire. Each bullet would deal 35 damage and with a fire rate, slightly slower or on par with the p2020. You can target multiple targets but you can only shoot at one target at a time. So running into a full team of 3 wouldn't be viable. After 10 seconds you exit the state and lose all your pilot abilities including the smart pistol. (If a revenant silences you, during pilot mode, you will lose your targeting feature but can still fire the smart pistol traditionally.) (Rampart's wall also disables the lock on feature since it blocks your sightline) I'm not good with Lore, but he was involved with the destruction of typhon and eventually crypto finds out about this and Valkyrie and Bangalore catch wind of it. Tension!
Midas is actually a very good concept especially since his backstory that Macro provided can very easily fit with the Titanfall/Apex lore with him being a frontier war profiteer obsessed with money and joining the game to earn a little more cash and to prove that with money you can do literally anything(In his mind) One more thing is that I don't agree with his abilities, not the passive, but the tact and ult since it has nothing to do with the actual myth of Midas so if one of his abilities having something to do with transmutation into gold,(Also since one of his hands is gold) like maybe his tact could be like he turns an area into gold and temporarily turn their legs into gold for like just a split second, long enough to cause great panic, but not long enough to get beamed and just die. Or maybe his ult can turn himself into gold or something similar to Revenant's Death Totem but instead of death immunity he becomes SHINY!! and enemies in the area who are looking at the shiny will be a little blinded not complete blindness, more like COD Warfare staring into the sun. He doesn't have to be anything like Midas from the story but gold y'know? It fits, not necessary, but would be cool. Fuchs too but definitely needs a new name. Ult also has to be changed because Ash. Personally I would prefer Dash Core to be something more like an Octane stim but for the entire group so everyone's fast. Kind of like Valorant Brimstone's stim beacon but carried on Fuchs in a let's say 15 meter radius and as long as teammates inside the circle they move as fast as Hunting Beast Bloodhound. Backstory also fits with lore
What I got from this video Enhance: Nano boost Rewind: Blink Glitch: Walk through walls/Sombra teleport Roll: Ball roll Midas: Macro on drugs/arena breaker
I was thinking a good one could be a Druid kind of thing. Passive would be 30% reduced syringe and Ned kit use time for you and your teammates when they are within a certain distance of you, 50 metres or something. Tactical is create a wall/ barrier of trees and plants that has an amount of hp not a time limit, available every 40 seconds. Ultimate is instantly get you and your teammates to max white health (not shields) a relatively fast recharge like octanes jump pad.
I had some ideas. Feel free to use and build upon them. 1. Dakhma A support character that's not about healing, but bringing someone back. Their passive is that banners have a longer time before expiration. Their active is a dart that can give an ally damage reduction for a few seconds, but it makes that character obvious in some way (particle effects, constant sound, etc). Their ult is they can bring their teammates back without a respawn beacon, with a channel time to use it. I imagine it wouldn't use a respawn jet, but some special animation to signify "hey Dokhma's over there" 2. Jaeger An assault character tailored to sniping. Their passive is a rangefinder that shows their bullet trajectory when they're scoped in on single shot weapons. Their active is a scoped gun they pull out that fires little traps potentially up to long range. The traps slow enemies when triggered (I was going to say halts them, but that seems too annoying). Their ult allows their shot from weapons to pierce through protection (like armor and amped cover) for a few shots (not seconds, so make your shots count) but at reduced damage to the target 3. Wisp An offensive character that is resemblant of a pilot. His passive is a dumbed down version of the Titanfall jumpkit (not as powerful to avoid high skilled players being unhittable). His active is something akin to a flashbang. His ult should be something similar to the vortex shield that the titans had, able to catch and reflect projectiles shot in front of him.
It would be a physical tunnel. Imagine a wraith portal but you can see the entire path she walked inbetween. On the guys channel he explained that you can jump into it from the middle or anywhere else in the tunnel and it will still just take you to the end.
@@cooldes4593 Sorry, I forgot to edit my comment after I watched his video. I'm more now trying to figure out what that would look like when he is placing it, and how that would work lore-wise. That still does clear some things up though, so thanks anyway.
Midas: Passive - The Golden Touch: More the weapons and attachments stay in his inventory the higher the rarity goes up, and have sight over every legendary item within your location. The range is the entire location. Tactical - Protecters Wealth: Enable a 45 second amour, that no one is able to damage. When shot, the bullet enters your inventory if you have a gun of that ammunition. Speed is reduced tremendously when using Protectors Wealth. One Min replenish time. Ultimate - Golden Massacre: A limited Ult similar to beast of the hunts timer, when attack opponent, opponent is unable to move for 3 seconds, if you spray the are unable to move until death. The knocks you acquire with this ultimate. The more the timer extents.
We need a cowboy legend. No, Fuse doesn't count. He's Australian. That's cool, but Australian isn't southern. We have legends with cowboy looking skins, but we need a genuine cowboy legend. He's gotta say "Howdy y'all" and everything. His passive could be better handling with pistols or something. And he should be a support. We only have Lifeline and Loba as supports. And it would be kinda unique because most cowboys are all "yeehaw pew pew" but this one would be more like "git up now pardner, this ain't yer last rodeo"
Tactical could be like a lasso thing that catches enemies, ult could be a combination of his passive where if he's holding a pistol it becomes gold for like 30 seconds or something
I got a good legend, he/she is maybe to strong though. Name: Mutation he/she was a scientist who was exposed to alien radiation. Now he/she can change into a monster whenever he/she wants to. Passive: Claws of the beast Does instead of 30 melee damage 40. Tactical: Acid spit Spits a blob of Acid that slows and does 5 damage over time for 10 seconds (the hitbox is a bit like rev's tactical but it doesn't stay on the ground. Cooldown: 20 seconds. Stack: 1 Ultimate: The Beast within Changes into a Mutated version of him/herself, you can't use guns in this form but you can use your tactical. Gets a speed boost, melee damage changes to 50 and takes 15% less damage but his/her hitbox is much bigger. This form lasts 60 seconds. Edit: I see that my tactical is almost the same as another comment's, this wasn't on purpose.
Ranger/Sniper Ranged Damage Dealer Passive: Professional Aim, steadier aim without stocks and higher zoom. (Basically you have +1 to you stock and scope counting as a lvl one at the begining) Tactical: Tracking dart, you use a blow dart to tag an enemy doing 5 damage and for one minute you can see the tagged enemy through walls and on the map. (Thirty second cooldown) Ultimate: Calculated shots, for thirty seconds you get a reticle that shows where to shoot to hit a target while aiming down sights.
For midas, call the passive “share the wealth” Kills grant crafting materials. Getting crafting materials from any source grants teammates crafting materials as well(probably like a quarter or a third as much)

Fuchs would actually be a really fun legends if someone like him was added, but I can see how someone that can just dash behind you would be kinda op.
People like aceu would show how scary he could be
@@orangus_8302 stop.

Either that or he summons ticks from Titanfall 2 that go and explode near enemies and stun them whilst dealing 20 damage

Macro: "Chats saying this is an awesome idea"
Chat: "Tell the gaming merchant he is a potato"
YES I've been saying to my friends that we need a legend that has a "dash" tactical. I love you Mokey
I rly want to tell and idea of my own so here it is:
Legend name: Jack
Backstory: Jack is a little boy who was abandoned from his parents and picked up from robots, he friends one robot and they grew up with each other before running away to join apex legends. Jack sits on the robot acting like a head and his body would be the robot who had a full body, but it’s head would be jack.
Passive: jack and his robot would be able to sprint faster, it would also have a cool animation while sprinting by the robots legs going into the chest and boosters coming out letting jack control a drone like robot
Tactical: jacks tactical would be the the robot once again turning into the drone and hovering slightly above head level and spinning in circles while the robot shoots with a gun damaging anyone around them
Ultimate: jacks ultimate would be the robot boosting high into the hair and doing a huge scan of the area revealing enemies, chest, and floor loot.
Let me know if you like this or not
Sounds cool
Having a dev is like icing on a cake
who is the dev?
I've got one
Phantom:
Passive: Automatically places a silencer on any weapon that can take a barrel stabilizer.
The abomination walking sound should be the monkey ball music xD
I think a good ability for Fuchs to replace the passive would be “wall run”
Apex confirmed that no one would ever have wall run as an ability
@@kov_r1124 sadge
@@kov_r1124 no, they said that wall-running won't be added for *ALL* legends!
still holding out for jack cooper though, so no thanks.
@@decimation9780 a dinky little auto-pistol (+ B.T wallhacks) for ult and a slightly less effective cloak for tactical.
Abomination should've had their (it's?) tactical to be Fever Dream which blackouts the enemies vision and their brain.
I think Chain's design was definitely an inspiration for Seer. With the spyglass that can see other legends when unequipping weapons, a tactical that disables abilities, and an ultimate that reveals everyone in a certain field.
Does abomination have literally a part of every legend except for fuse?
Yes

@@Cr0w19_rt If you look, down is Valk's head

I have some character ideas that are for a book I’m writing, but I think some of their abilities could work in-game.
Legend Name: Bolt (Firearm Specialist)
Passive: Battle Ready
Hipfire accuracy is increased by 20%.
Increases movement speed by 10% while sprinting and shooting.
Tactical: Solo Shield
Repair 15% of any lost armor instantly. If your armor has not been damaged, gain a temporary over-armor boost for 7 seconds. 24 second cooldown.
Ultimate: Gung-ho
The weapon that is currently equipped gains infinite ammo. Battle Ready’s effects are increased by 75%. Lasts 8 seconds.
Feedback is appreciated. Lmk if you would like to hear more character ideas!
would love to hear more!
What is the book called?
Great video keep it up :) these designs were insane I swear I could actually imagine mokey’s idea as an actual character
I was here before it was edited hehe
Same I was there on stream
This was such a good video idea man. I was genuinely interested from start to finish. Especially with the dev spitballing ideas and countering ideas with true balancing ideas.
My concept:
*Name*: Scion
*Passive*: Interrogation (Finishing an enemy reveals the location of their allies, but not their movement)
*Tactical*: Backdoor (Put down a device that you can teleport back to after an animation. The device will disappear after not being used for 20 seconds)
*Ultimate*: Infiltrate (Go completely invisible, but not invincible. If you go near an enemy they can see you, and taking damage will deactivate the cloak. You can teleport back to your Backdoor during the cloak but can't do anything else and you can deactivate this at anytime)
I've had this concept in mind for a while, after mirage lost his old ultimate of going invisible
I actually like this...
This is sombra with a cool finisher.
Yo Cavera from R6 with Sombra TP
Sick
This is just previous abilities that have been leaked for future legends
Dope concept dude i like it
that capitan falcon could just be forge tbh
Dash-core is literally Ash's ultimate. That's amazing
As someone who wants to be a game dev and loves to make concepts like this, this was so fucking cool to watch
I love hearing the explanations from the game dev. It really shows how thoughtful the apex team is about their game and how much they want their players to enjoy the game.
I have a concept for a more pve-inclusive legend, since i like the trials and long for the S5 broken ghost pve again...
Anyway, firstly the passive:
Less friction than other legends, meaning you take longer to slow down when sliding. Also accelerate during a fall faster than other legends (Like increased gravity /opposate of horison's passive).
Secondly, the tactical:
Coat the floor in front of you with ice (about just enough to cover a hallway of about 10m), forcing those who move over it to move constantly at the speed and direction they entered it in, until they reach the end of the coated area.
(Used for mobility as it gives a speed boost, but also area dinial as it makes those who use it move predictably)
Finally, the ultimate:
Summon an ice prowler to attack the enemy. It melts as it moves, effectively making its health bar the duration. Press the legend utility button (same button to control mirage's decoy) to order it to follow or defend (much like the auto-titans in titanfall).
It would need some lengthy animations to balance, but let me know what you guys think.
Sounds interesting
Fuchs techincally made it in the game, his ULT is now Ash's ult.
Fuchs was a pilot but his helmet broke and somehow still has his core
Idea for a character:
name: Swarm
description: a humanoid bot that can control a large amount of very small drones that can come out of a compartment in it's wrists.
passive: Heals shield over time when not taking damage (similar to Octane's passive).
tactical: Sends out a swarm of drones to teammates which slowly repairs their shields and provides a small amount of ammo for their guns.
ultimate: Summons a large cloud of drones which slowly eats away at enemy's shields, destroys doors and objects (such as octane pads and rampart walls) and disorients enemies. (btw I don't know how he should summon them so I'll leave that up to your imagination.)
backstory:
It was a prototype assist droid for the army that would repair vehicles and armour via drones 1mm in size, but when the platoon that it was supposed to protect died, it spontaneously activated.
I love to see how smart the devs are. They think about issues we don’t think about
I think mimics copycat is badass because I imagine you pic the characters before hand. Then say you hop in with a grapple then pop someone with fuse's knuckle duster
during a fight. So people would be making like recipes for their favorite abilities that mesh well. Movement lords picking stim and grapple. And tanks picking bubble and gas. Just a thought
That is sick you never disappointed me
i wish my parents said that to me
@@syanotte7736 that's sad 😥 but I can't really really relate
Honestly I really hope the dash core gets in the main game it’s really cool

I think a time based legend would be cool. But also the idea of being able to pick stuff up at a distance is good kinda like rougue company and the idea of slowly building throughout the match like in titan fall 2
I think the Chain-Bomb Ultimate would be perfect for Revenant
Chain would be such a sneaky way to buff Fuse. It go like this,
Fuse: Your trapped now!
Chain: And don't even think about getting away.
Then just throw a Gibbi in their, and hell rains on the enemies.
For midas, maybe each kill levels up all your items by one level, or maybe something where he gets more loot in bins.

Ash stole Fuchs' Ult!
Seems cool idk but space pirate is awesome too
this is actually amazing, considering fuse has little to nothing to offer in the apex lore.

Allowing you to pick off any stragglers that couldn't positions themselves properly. Its usefulness is dependant on how well you use it. You get what I mean. You can also use it when carrying a knocked teammate.
Ultimate: Ultimate Force
Enter a Pilot - State, where you equip a smart pistol, gain a 30% speed buff, wall run and double jump.
(If a revenant silences you, during pilot mode, you will lose your targeting feature but can still fire the smart pistol traditionally.)
(Rampart's wall also disables the lock on feature since it blocks your sightline)
I'm not good with Lore, but he was involved with the destruction of typhon and eventually crypto finds out about this and Valkyrie and Bangalore catch wind of it. Tension!
I just hope there will be a legend with a railgun ult someday. A man can dream.
18:46 the Ledgendary ult is the reverse of mad maggies in s 12 Ik the vid was made before but instead of stopping movement in increase movement
I accidentally said Ledgendary soz
The dev they had with him had really good points and he seems to know his game balance!
But they let seer in. Cause Seer on release was balanced.
For chain his ult should slow the recharge instead of just canceling it 😁😁😁 just a thought
The fact that Ash’s ult is literally what Fuchs ult was described as
Man I just want wall running. The Legend is just Jack Cooper
i've got news for you

What I got from this video
Enhance: Nano boost
Rewind: Blink
Glitch: Walk through walls/Sombra teleport
Roll: Ball roll
Midas: Macro on drugs/arena breaker
Ayy this is sick
I was thinking a good one could be a Druid kind of thing.
Passive would be 30% reduced syringe and Ned kit use time for you and your teammates when they are within a certain distance of you, 50 metres or something.
Tactical is create a wall/ barrier of trees and plants that has an amount of hp not a time limit, available every 40 seconds.
Ultimate is instantly get you and your teammates to max white health (not shields) a relatively fast recharge like octanes jump pad.
Mimic should mimic other characters from other games
I came back and realized how similar ash’s and Fuchs ultimates sound
Yeah bland the tactical at the same time 😟
Fuchs is basically Ash’s leaked abilities
I have a feeling Respawn saw this and took the abilities from some of the custom legends to make Fade for mobile.
waiting for ea to ask macro if they could buy these designs, also who remembers sports boi?
Punches "what do you mean" after him saying they can't make any of them had me dead
Am I the only one who thinks Chains’s tactical is just a cypher cam from valorant?
I had some ideas. Feel free to use and build upon them.
1. Dakhma
A support character that's not about healing, but bringing someone back. I imagine it wouldn't use a respawn jet, but some special animation to signify "hey Dokhma's over there"
2. Jaeger
An assault character tailored to sniping. Their passive is a rangefinder that shows their bullet trajectory when they're scoped in on single shot weapons. Their active is a scoped gun they pull out that fires little traps potentially up to long range. The traps slow enemies when triggered (I was going to say halts them, but that seems too annoying). Their ult allows their shot from weapons to pierce through protection (like armor and amped cover) for a few shots (not seconds, so make your shots count) but at reduced damage to the target
3. Wisp
An offensive character that is resemblant of a pilot. His passive is a dumbed down version of the Titanfall jumpkit (not as powerful to avoid high skilled players being unhittable). His active is something akin to a flashbang. His ult should be something similar to the vortex shield that the titans had, able to catch and reflect projectiles shot in front of him.
I'm still a little confused about the whole tunnel thing, what would the tunnel look like? Besides for that, this would probably be my main lol.
Probably similar to Wraith portal
It would be a physical tunnel. Imagine a wraith portal but you can see the entire path she walked inbetween. On the guys channel he explained that you can jump into it from the middle or anywhere else in the tunnel and it will still just take you to the end.
@@cooldes4593 Sorry, I forgot to edit my comment after I watched his video. I'm more now trying to figure out what that would look like when he is placing it, and how that would work lore-wise. That still does clear some things up though, so thanks anyway.
Midas:
Passive - The Golden Touch:
More the weapons and attachments stay in his inventory the higher the rarity goes up, and have sight over every legendary item within your location. The range is the entire location.
Tactical - Protecters Wealth:
Enable a 45 second amour, that no one is able to damage. When shot, the bullet enters your inventory if you have a gun of that ammunition. Speed is reduced tremendously when using Protectors Wealth. One Min replenish time.
Ultimate - Golden Massacre:
A limited Ult similar to beast of the hunts timer, when attack opponent, opponent is unable to move for 3 seconds, if you spray the are unable to move until death. The knocks you acquire with this ultimate. The more the timer extents.
Protectors wealth is very OP, since he would become an invincible beast who could shoot back
@@latoshal.4572 I edited it. Shouldn’t be too op now.
Midas’ 2nd passive: Wire Transfer, you can share crafting materials with your teammates
"I wonder what PunchKid came up with?"
*3:00*
"Why am I not surprised...?"
What did you expect from Punch lol. He's amazing
Ult is fucking dual wielding wingmans
you mean "It's High Noon"
@@certifiedsussybaka3806 Y E S.
Fuchs is actually a character which can be improved and be put in the game with a sick story line.
Macro should be a legend
fuchs would be INSANE for flashy trickshots with that s + look down move, I would LOVE to see him in the game
Can we just get the stoic perk deck in apex
Ah yes, a man of culture
*I NEED A MEDIC BAG*
The second I read stoic razormind just started playing in my head
I got a good legend, he/she is maybe to strong though.
Name: Mutation
he/she was a scientist who was exposed to alien radiation. Now he/she can change into a monster whenever he/she wants to.
Passive: Claws of the beast
Does instead of 30 melee damage 40.
Tactical: Acid spit
Spits a blob of Acid that slows and does 5 damage over time for 10 seconds (the hitbox is a bit like rev's tactical but it doesn't stay on the ground. Cooldown: 20 seconds. Stack: 1
Ultimate: The Beast within
Changes into a Mutated version of him/herself, you can't use guns in this form but you can use your tactical. Gets a speed boost, melee damage changes to 50 and takes 15% less damage but his/her hitbox is much bigger. This form lasts 60 seconds.
Edit: I see that my tactical is almost the same as another comment's, this wasn't on purpose.
This is great!!! 🤩👍🏿
I feel bad for markisabot, he just trying to buff mirage and everyone telling him to stop
Ngl that's a cringe thing to do
it'd be cool if the sequel showed some fan creations, too
The new legend should just be Dallas from payday 2
Medic bag heirloom
AHHHHHHHH
I need a medic bag!
Ranger/Sniper
Ranged Damage Dealer
Passive: Professional Aim, steadier aim without stocks and higher zoom. (Basically you have +1 to you stock and scope counting as a lvl one at the begining)
Tactical: Tracking dart, you use a blow dart to tag an enemy doing 5 damage and for one minute you can see the tagged enemy through walls and on the map. (Thirty second cooldown)
Ultimate: Calculated shots, for thirty seconds you get a reticle that shows where to shoot to hit a target while aiming down sights.
these are amazing, : everybody who likes the kandy one
👇
except kandy, he probably won't like it lol
For midas, call the passive “share the wealth”
Kills grant crafting materials. Getting crafting materials from any source grants teammates crafting materials as well(probably like a quarter or a third as much)
Midas if he only got materials from kills he would lietrally be good
Punch, Macro, and TGM in the same video?? This is the greatest crossover event of the century. Step aside Avengers.
