- Watch the annual HARVEST DINNER SPECIAL FUNDRAISER, recorded LIVE from Hardison Mill Homestead School. Visitors mixed and mingled outdoors and under the stars along with our guests Jimmy Fortune, The Isaacs, and the school's founder, Rory Feek. The event was created to help raise money for the school, the kids, and the virtual learners who participate in this educational project. The school runs the daily live lessons from the classroom for an hour each morning at 9am CT (10am ET) on Facebook. Stay tuned for future guests such as homesteaders, chefs, scientists, farmers, and signers... and of course, Mrs. Rebecca. Note, there is an encore airing daily on RFD-TV. You can watch on DISH, DirecTV, and other cable networks at 1pm CT (2pm ET) (consult your local listings for more info).

This educational project is launched in fall of 2020 and is designed to bring lessons out of our classroom and into your homes... and around the world. We have folks of all ages and stages who tune in to watch and learn alongside the students at Hardison Mill Homestead School. It runs daily for one hour (9am CT / 10am ET) and features a variety of guest teachers, lesson topics, and more!
Remember, school doesn't have to be in a building with teachers and desks. And we are ALL "life-long learners." School can happen anywhere YOU might be.

Why is it so difficult to understand that prayer can be done anywhere. To teach the truth that Christ lives in us and we all have a personal relationship with him, to pray is a matter of interaction silently or out loud with Christ. There are many different world religions and beliefs. One religion requires prayer their way, another their way and so on. It is forcible group out loud prayer that is no longer in schools. Think for a moment. Would you want to have your child attend a school where the prayer was by a Buddhist? How about prayer that is required that you place your hands down toward a direction and pray that way? Even Christianity has been hijacked from those who don't know the character of Christ. I enjoy, for the most part, how Rory is raising Indiana and how lovely he is with all children. But, this is an area where, the adults could use some learning as well. Love you all. Peace.
You have no business putting down other religions, what have you got against Buddhism or Muslim faiths? Christianity is NOT about judging others and you lady are a judgmental and ignorant specimen. Go to church and pray that you get an education in living, yes living, and not judging. Pray that you will no longer be a narrow minded bigot. You are typical or Christians who scream about the bible and how good you are but then in real life you're merely a shallow, uneducated embarrassing specimen.
The Catholic priest does not know that learned repetitive prayers is wrong according to scripture. Or maybe he does know that it is wrong.
