KJ, Raze, Gekko, Phoenix, KAY/O, Brimstone, Sova, Harbor, Fade, Breach, Yoru, Cypher and etc, not to mention there's just a bunch of normal utility you can use from those mentioned agents and half of the time in higher elo everyone just catches the Viper from behind in her ultimate, it's really just an ultimate that SLIGHTLY puts you in an advantage, nothing more.

Viper ult > astra ult, no matter what elo. Saying the enemies can use viper's ult to take space on site is interesting, since in that time they are reduced to 1 hp. This also hasn't changed since the viper ult nerfs, which were viper's roam time and its point cost. And if the enemies are taking space in YOUR viper ult, you're doing something very wrong.

His takes are pretty bad, like why is Viper's Pit in C tier? If the enemies are somehow profiting from it you just have a skill issue. It's an A tier one for me
Also, Hunter's Fury in S tier? And NULL/cmd as the best ultimate in the game? KAY/O's ultimate while being high A tier / low S tier doesn't beat KJ, and Hunter's Fury is difficult to use properly and eazy to dodge, which makes it an high B / low A tier.
Also, Run it Back isn't A tier, because as long as enemies spot the spot you ulted in you're done for
Sova ult needs to be dropped to like B. It's 8 points for some reason and it very difficult to use properly. Not to mention the risk you put yourself into to even use it. It's a grwat post plant tool but besides that it's pretty unreliable and situational.

Not really true you can use it pre plant too. You see that someone on your team sees an enemy on your mini map (or even your scan dart) you can use the ult through multiple walls and get kills and help your team push into a site. I do it all the time

harbour ult is in my opinion alot better than c tier i think it should he a or b tier, it can shake up a round and make it chaos for the enemy team to try and anchor or play on a site
I value it because it is essentially a free site take. Your enemies just leave they may have cool downs but you didnt have to use any besides the one. Free site to play for postplant at advantage is always great.

It’s too situational to be A or B tier. All it really does is make the enemy move around site or just move off site which doesn’t do much at all.
It barely ever stuns and the ring is small and hard to see from specific areas.

I wouldn't say it's worse tho, but it defenitly isn't A teir. Skye's ult can be popped any time, for cypher you need a body. skye's ult can cover the whole map, cypher's ult only shows in your circle map thing or if you're near them. The enemy will know when you use the cypher ult, but enemy wont know when the skyes ult will hit them. Enemy can get stunned by skye's ult, so you can follow it and get a pick, you can't do that with cyphers ult. Remember, the video was also about which is more flexible, and skye's ult is more flexible and and reliale for kills than cypher's ult.

Yoru’s ult is hard to rate as on its own the ability is kinda mid but combo’d with the rest of the kit it suddenly becomes imo the most consistent duelist ult in the game

i think viper ult is from c tier to s tier depend on the situation and map , viper ult can do some crazy post plant with odin and kj setup
literally u can win the round ult round with a shorty. gives you amazing economy, enemies are 99% too scared to even enter it, so they play around it.
As a partial Omen main, i think Omen's ult can get extremely good value, you just way too rarely get the oportunity to get that value out of it
Yeah its an ult that is mediocre 75% of the time but when it is useful it is extremely so. Especially the ability to take the spike and then cancel the teleport when the whole enemy team is watching the dropped spike

Exactly, Yoru can literally do with one ability what Omen needs to farm a whole ult for, that is why the ult isn't too good compared to other ultimates, however it does come in handy often times since most comps don't have a Yoru

the perfect time to pop off Reynas empress is when you get a first blood just pop it, dismiss using that kill and go for more thereby making space for your team. Meanwhile the instalock reynas on my team will use their ult in a 1v1 or 1v2 while they have both dismiss and devour (heal). They would even use it in a retake scenario but when there's no time left. SMH

Earlier today I got directly hit with 3 raze ults in one match, and none of them killed me. Raze whiffed two of them, doing chip damage (I died in one of the scenarios by one of her teammates). But because the pullout on that thing is atrocious I swung on the raze and one tapped her in one case before she even satcheled 😂
Raze’s showstopper is pretty good if you can land the shot or make everyone run don’t get me wrong, I just wanted to share a funny story
I really like Harbor’s ult because it tells you where the enemy is in a tight space. The ultimate doesn’t actually “activate” unless an enemy is standing inside the ultimate. Also the gong sound.
Edit: in the past few weeks I haven’t lost a game because of an orbital strike. 90% of the time we just stick the bomb and win.

Viper ult is objectively the best ult..a 1 v 3 can be turned into 3 1 v 1s..And you can hold a whole site by yourself
No it isn't, literally HALF of the other ultimates in the game counter it lmao, KJ, Raze, Breach, Cypher, Skye, Fade, Brimstone, Phoenix, Sova, Harbor, Yoru, Gekko and all of the agents I mentioned have normal utility that can easily clear Viper, her ultimate in higher elo just puts you in a slight advantage because in higher elo when you're in her smoke it's literally just a 50/50 duel of who can headshot and find the other player faster, the health reduction makes no difference, especially if people just go in it instantly and track down a player.
Low Elo yes that will work but in high elo, I’d yiure in a 3v1 against a viper ult then that 3 has already won.
What’s gonna happen when 3 agents go into the ult together to find viper? Even if she finds you guys first, there are still 2 other agents that can easily trade off the 3rd guy and if they aren’t near each other? Well guess what, there is a map that will show vipers location when she finds someone.

I really do feel the same way. Has this list been made for completely new players or just an average player? I do no see in any world where pushing a Viper's pit is a good idea, but I will happily rush down a Phoenix after he inevitably has to respawn. Astra wall and Yoru ult are no way better either.

Ever since the nerf viper ult has a lot less outplay, and it is a lot more gimmicky. Not to mention yoru ult hard counters viper ult if used correctly. However I will say in a solo queue environment viper ult on average gets more value. (coming from someone who mained viper episode 1 act 3 through episode 5 act 3)

Skye ult combined with raze ult is like so good, imagine 2-3 enemies together u find where they are and raze ult, kill. Raze ult combined with any info makes raze so good
normal recon dart, sentinel util, fade eye, her own boom bot and literally anyone + herself peaking gives info. no need to use skye ult for that.

I use harbor ult for info most of the time to be honest. when you get someone in the ult there is a gong sound and if not the site is clear for the closer range or you can see a lightning where an enemy is
as a yoru main and reyna secondary i do agree with that d teir on reyna i rarely use empress unless i'm in a pinch and playing out of my mind it's onlt good imo when you have atleast someone to help you out in case you die or if you have not very good weapons or to just help dmg other enemies.
Tbf as someone who is learning harbor, his ult, while situational and easy to avoid can be used to recon and heard enemies to a certain degree. Pop his ult at a place where the enemy has a choke point 2 things can happen. They'll either endure the concussion and give away their position as the concussion exposes their location by shooting light orbs in the air or they'll back off to avoid it. Then it's just a matter of gunplay and skills to get the site. Get someone to watch your back as your push through. A bit complicated i agree but hey its a team game ain't it.
Dude kayo's ultimate gives his position, i tend to find him easily after he ults. If you pay attention youll understand from the waves of his ult

Like when I play Breach, I always try get a Harbor so I will ult site and then have the harbor ult which shows us their location and because they are stunned by breach’s ult already, they’ll just keep getting stunned by Harbors ult since they can’t move out the ring in time.

Even as a very new, sub level 10 player I somehow knew Kay/O will be on top, it's so amazing, most expensive ult but also shuts everything down. It is the reason I unlocked Kay/O as priority

Also, I'm glad KJ is top of the list. Using her ult right, it's perfect for taking or taking back sites, lest the enemy risk detainment and an easy kill, if not just a straight knife to head. It really is a perfect "you're playing by my rules now" kind of deal. Add that in with a Brim ult, and you can get some sick kills; whether BY his ultimate or by pushing them out into the open/bad positions for them
I think at the bottom of the list c or d the reason is that it is easy to dodge and it is good for stopping push but agents dose it better like Sova

Sova’s ult on pearl A site is absolutely amazing. Throw your hands recon through the little holes then if you see someone you use your ult straight through restaurant. Got a 4k once
1 tip for omen u can teleport behind the enemies when u know where there are. And u can ask ur friends to put pressure in the front then kill them alll
I sometimes play with a Skye, and I always tell them to use their alt first which allows me as Fade to know where the enemies are, and if her alt goes to multiple people in the same direction, then I use my alt as Fade to lock down where they are. It's more like a team play, and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But I will admit it's a good way to know where the enemy's are, and then lock them down.
That being said, Skyes alt is really useful for me to analyze if it's a good idea to use my alt as Fade or not.
That just sounds like a waste of a fade ult honestly.
Both ults do the same thing, pay attention to the skye ult on the map and you will see where the enemies are.
If you want to use a skye ult at the start, use it to find the site with less people on it so you can fill push that site or stack that side on defence then you can later use Fades ult for the post plant and retake.
Hey can you also explain what ultimate's are doing? I don't play Valorant and I don't know what they do so I can't understand what you are ranking most of the time.
Cypher ult is better than skye ult becase one player can destroy all cabages
thats the point now we know where they are and sky ult can be used at any point of the game it can be followed by skyes own flashes and if we ollow it then we can soot the enemies while they are dealing the cabbages . cyphers ullt is hard to capitalise and he needs a body to pop it and that gives his location also considering all this skyes ult is far better

iso ult: B tier cause it risks you getting killed and leaves your team vulnerable but in a 1v1 you can really clutch with it if you cant get to site to defuse in time or stop them from dufusing in time

As a jett user i always run from reyna's and get a spike then if they try to defuse it ill camp in corner and if im low i will just float upwards ult ready and hope to stay until.the spike is done
personally i would put nearly every ult in the game near each other and a select few that are worse. most ults are round changing and can easily lead to a round win. that's also why you see ult trades where teams will use ults to counter another ult. ults like yoru ult and jett ult are weaker because they arent necessarily round changing. jett's ult is really only useful ion pro matches when your teammate cant buy so you pop ult and drop them a gun. it's basically giving your team an extra gun (except that one gun is stronger than a regular gun).
A benefit for Breach ult is that you can ice skate on it ( get it?)
Actually, you can get information on where the enemies are with breach ult because the enemies will be flying and when they drop, they make a sound
i never understood why reynas never take advantage of their free combat stim, instant overheal and easy repositioning provided by empress

Odin players are similar to operators in the sense that they are strong at holding angles. If you know there is someone with an odin you shouldn’t peek them without utility assisting you. You should try to peek with your teammates together against players with strong aim. In a retake scenario odins are not as strong as vandals or phantoms. Odins also lose long range fights more often due to the bullet spread. Hope this helps.
As a KJ main im so glad to see her ult getting recognition especially now that there is setups to not only put the ult in a safer spot but stop those trying to get out of it

New S Tiers: Deadlock and Clove
New B Tiers: Iso (only good if you have good aim, and then there’s still a chance to be killed after it is over if they are just sitting on your spot; as well as if you miss someone it’s useless)
Kayo ult can be good but most of the time when i pop it my team doesnt push with me and I just die untraded
although not a reyna main, ik that its the only ult which is capable of clutching a 1v5 all the time. also cypher's ult is way better than u think bruh
I agree with his comment about the Fade ult, you already have to know roughly where people are to use it effectivly, or gamble it for nothing
The thing is that although maybe opinion based, I would say the ult shines more in gaining the upper hand in combat because they can’t hear you, you can easily find where they are and maybe seize and blind them, and their at a severe disadvantage due to the decay. It’s very overpowered if your trying to push the defenders (although I wouldn’t recommend that), getting onto site, and retaking the site cause the majority of the attackers will stay on site post plant and the ult range is a bit bigger than the site so you can rig it up to scan other areas too. You can also combo it with her eye to make sure it hits most of the other team if not all. Also it’s an ez way to get free assists even tho that’s a strange use case😂
Omen Ult is D. Literal Garbage for 7 Ult points. You can easily lose the ult if you get killed in the huge window it gives. It can be cancelled way too easily and only useful for a pure Omen main (and even they hate it). It really needs a buff.
i once had a kayo chase me with his ultimate because he knew I had brimstone lineups lol, kayo ultimate is insane

viper and raze seem a bit low for their impact and round win capability. Also sage feels a bit high, it can be pretty hard to get a safe revive, and if ur looking for an economy ult or to trade i feel like theres better ults out there
If I had to place Deadlock and Iso in the tier list it would go like this:
Deadlock: B tier (Before Raze) it isn't bad to have a freebie with your ult, but this one isn't that good since your teammates can take you out of her ult.
Iso: The bottom of A tier being able to be in a 1v1 situation when using this long a$$ range ult, can be very favorable to you and your team, the downside to this, is that if you aren't protected after using it, You'll 1000% be camped by multiple people.
Maybe kayo ult is good, but it doesn't matter when my damn teammates don't revive or even push with it. I pop ultimate and try to take site contol and they are just camping behind the wall
even as a cypher main i think his ult needs to be drop the only value it gives is just an idea on where the enemy is other than not much. if it could track enemy movement and tell you where they are it could give alot of potentiol and amazing plays to cypher

I disagree with Skye's ult. It does not deserve A tier. It requires a lot of teamplay to capitalize on it, and if you're just using it for info if you should rotate, cypher is better. While cypher's ult requires a kill, Cypher does the exact same thing but faster and better. The cabbages die to 2-3 bullets, you only get MAX three as opposed to cyphers 4, and cypher's is cheaper. Info is great, but the info is slow from skye, and as far as I can tell, inconsistent. Cyphers ult should be right next to it, and skye's ult is b tier at BEST. Frankly, besides Reyna's ult which is inconsistent, I think skye's ult is the worst in the game.
imo I would still place omen and reyna ults below skye's but I whole heartedly agree with you on cypher's and a bonus to it is that there is almost no room for human error on it. I would actually place it a tier above skye's ult even though it is slightly less versatile.
Omen ult is so broken in low elo, I just tell my teammates to hard push a site and then I just teleport to the other site and the enemies are so confused😭😭

I don’t play comp but in general phoenix > brim and sova. I’d say 60% of the time with phoenix I can get more than 2 kills when using

Sova ult and shock dart can cause friendly fire and even ace from friendly fire

Skys and Cyphers ult are practically the same thing, no way they are that far apart on the ult scale! Skys can be shot down too, so that kind of outweighs its blinding aspects, especially in highrr tier gameplay
In higher tier it's actually more frustrating because players will push with the seekers, and they can't shoot both the seekers and the player swinging off of them at the same time. You're basically supposed to use them as a dog or drone to pressure the player into needing to choose between shooting two things.
cyphers ult is usefull for someone who can 1v1 to find the person and prepare crosshair placement smoothly and won a round🎉
His ultimate is great for revealing lurkers ir rotations this man has sone manufacture defect to put up such bs ratings

eh phoenix's ult isn't that great and sova's ult is mediocre. sage probably has the best ult of the starter characters as there is no situation where a full revive of a teammate isn't extremely good

KAY/O is just his knife but better plus the knockdown...not that good compared to other ults imo. stating this as an iron 3 KAY/O main. not a lot of kayo at low tier so i havent played against it much but idk
Your telling me that Skyes ult is better than cyphers even though. Cyphers is less ult points, reveals everyone not 3 people, revealed them faster, reveals them twice and can’t be destroyed. The only reason cyphers could be worse is the gi gi gi gi giv giv give me a corpse
