Colin's assessment regarding the humility of Lamar Jackson is exactly correct as Lamar's desire is to improve his personal performance and the performance of his team. No showboating around as he is a guy full of substance not a showman as we see in our political arena. Lamar ran ahead of Derrick Henry last night in one successful play and was blocking for him during Henry's run. How often do you see that occurring in a game?
Mahomes and company are the same way too as they are always trying to improve and creating new plays that they use sparingly and at the most opportunistic times.

Lamar has been getting it done with below Average Primary WR and TE. This the first Time Lamar has actually had a Legit RB. Folks that keep giving all this Shine to Patrick don't understand that at least half of the equation is the elite Kansas City Defense and Coaching. As of right NOW, the Lamar is the MVP of the NFL, hands Down. How does the RAVEN defense give up 21 in the 4th and how Lame is the Coaching staff to not just Run Clock not score in that last quarter.

Zay flowers and Rashod Bateman are great WRs. They’re not elite but you don’t need elite to succeed at the NFL level. Mark Andrews is one of the best TEs in football. Lamar has had mark Ingram, and JK Dobbins for most of his career now. To say he’s never had any help is untrue.
On the flip side, Lamar is excellent and to say he’s not is also untrue. Average and bad QBs don’t throw 5 touchdown passes on a regular basis. I’ve seen Lamar do it more than anyone.

I feel like even me sitting on my couch is sitting there thinking why not just throw it to Marv (who I think was also open on an easy catch for like 7 yards. GO FLOCK!! No matter how great lamar plays, its always a group of haters saying "but what about the playoffs" is he the only QB in the league without a SB?? If josh allen or purdy or dak or herbert did this nobody would have said that. None of these other good QBs have a SB ring so miss me with the playoff talk. Tell josh allen to get it done in the playoffs and not against wildcard opponents since thats where most of his wins comes from, tell dak to get it done, yell the 49ers to stop choking in the SB, tell all these other QBs to get it done in the playoffs too because the only one thats doing it is mahomes. Im tired of everybody acting like lamar the only QB with something to prove. They ALL GOT SOMETHING TO PROVE!! THEY ALL KEEP CHOKING ONE POINT OR ANOTHER IT DOESN'T MATTER WHERE. A choke job is a choke job. Yall just salty lamar about to win yet another mvp and yall have nothing else to say. All yall can say is about the playoffs.
