The idea of decision matrix is not new with me. I have seen these used by a couple of public utility commissions. It is very helpful for complex cases.
So , whats hard about that ? The people listen to the the trial , look at the evidence etc. Why are yall trying to make it Harder than what it is ! Please !

Everything leads to a guilty verdict. How can it be any other way. He admitted his guilt in so many different ways publicly. Every tactics to prevent this case from happening shows his guilt. He cant prove his Innocence hes definitely not Mother Teresa....shameful he even uses her name
It's even simpler than it seems. Pretend for a moment that this was about hiring a hitman. Falsifying the document is you wanting to hide that you solicited a murder (whether or not the murder ever ended up happening.) Whether your solicited that murder because your hated the victim or to cash in on an insurance policy or to get an inheritance isn't something the jury needs to unanimously agree on as long as they unanimously agree that you falsified documents to cover up that you solicited murder for any of those three reasons. One guy thinks you hated the victim, 2 think you wanted that life insurance policy, 9 think you were gunning for an early inheritance--12 jurors think you are guilty and that's that.
The reason that that’s not the same in your example is because the only way the first part of it can be a crime is is the second part of it. It was a crime. So it’s not disagreeing on why the crime was committed like your example is showing. The second part has to be a crime that they’re covering up. I.e. tax fraud. So they would need to unanimously agree on what that second crime was in order to make that one a crime. Otherwise they have three people saying he committed three different crimes to make that first one qualify as the crime.

Guilty as charged, lock him up.
It seems to have been missed that a guilty verdict in this case doesn't demand a jail sentence. The Judge said it himself when admonishing Todd Whatisname.
The idea of decision matrix is not new with me. I have seen these used by a couple of public utility commissions. It is very helpful for complex cases.
So , whats hard about that ? The people listen to the the trial , look at the evidence etc. Why are yall trying to make it Harder than what it is ! Please !
irrelevant that he’s an ex-president-he’s a citizen.
Typical Trumpian: confusing so much that everybody gives up.
Those instructions seems like the jurors are righting doctorate exams😂
In my state, juries always get a copy of the instructions to take to the room during deliberations. Crazy to think people absorb unfamiliar things after just one reading of the content of the instructions.
That's what you get with 'states rights', just the same as it is when it comes to women's healthcare in pregnancy.
Not a wise analogy used by Duncan Levin. The murder weapon is the means of a murder.
Everything leads to a guilty verdict. How can it be any other way. He admitted his guilt in so many different ways publicly. Every tactics to prevent this case from happening shows his guilt. He cant prove his Innocence hes definitely not Mother Teresa....shameful he even uses her name
The most misunderstood twist in Donald
Just how hard has Melania Renegotiated..!
After. He was, "speaking in tongues"
But what does hush money have to do with any of this
The reason that that’s not the same in your example is because the only way the first part of it can be a crime is is the second part of it.
Very complicated jury instructions.
The Judge will be getting Jury Instructions everyday. 55 pages wont be allowed in the Jury Room. Whats up with that. I heard it takes over 1 hr just to read them.
Weird quirk of NY law. Something about not overly burdening the jury.
@@jennaxoxox4821 One of those rules that probably made good sense for whatever reason it was created, but then we come to a case like this and it seems totally counterproductive. I agree with the original poster, they're probably going to need it read to them repeatedly, and there will probably still be disagreements among the jurors each time over what they just heard. Human nature is inescapable! 😃
they will probably only want to revue certain portions not the whole thing.
55 pages of jury instruction which I take to contain decision points and they read them to the jurists??? They should give them a decision matrix and access to the transcripts and evidence so they can set up a process. It seems od that the press can get copies of the transcripts but the jurists can't???
Yeah, I find that really odd. Took me a while to track down the written jury instructions, I'd find it far more sensible to have a copy in the jury room.
The jury has a laptop.
If you can find a copy of the instructions, so can they....
@@alfredgeorge3186 Presumably the laptop is customized to jury use. No internet access, and just the tools and information they need to review the allowed testimony and evidence. Oh, and Minesweeper. Gotta have that.
it is a new york law. i doubt they can access it on line.
@@alfredgeorge3186 their laptop is loaded up with trial documents/exhibits and isn't connected to the Internet.
Making sure Trump doesn’t get reelected will also make sure he finally faces the rest of his criminal trials! Vote for justice. VOTE BLUE

What's up with the Orange tie (worn ever since the Red Tie Brigade showed up)? "Better to match my Orange skin, my dear." (With apologies to the wolf in Red Riding Hood).

This court case is a joke. At least the jury are taking it seriously which means probably won't be found guilty.
wouldn't that lead to dystopia?
