The NSA has the constitutional right to manage any state owned stadium. However, they have a very bad mismanagement track record. Therefore,The MCE and NSA should be allowed to debate on the issue, detailing the management techniques and equipment at their disposal for managing a stadium at the European standard. If none of them have it, then it should be given to a private entity well versed in stadia management. As for the NSA, they are not an option for me at all. Its a completely useless organisation.
