The question in itself is wrong, the question "Do you trust women?" Cannot have one definitive answer since there is a lot of variables that go into trusting someone, saying yes to this questions mean you trust all women but saying no to this question means you do not trust any women. Most sane and normal people could not possibly answer this question by saying yes or no. I mean I trust my Mum but I won't trust some random women I never met before, same with men, I trust my dad but won't trust a random man on the street. Feminism has strayed so far from what it actually supposed to mean, now it is just a bunch of women who think their superior than men and run around trying to show how sexist they are by asking subjective questions in the form of a yes or no question.
