Amazing explaination! Please upload part 2. I have "hereditary high cholesterol" but this term seems to be a bit inaccurate or incomplete. I would love to have a more in depth explaination of how exactly this condition functions in detail. I'm not asking for the whole video to be about this conditions but please include it in your video. I would be very grateful.

Very interesting and informative. Excellent graphics as always! They really drive the message effectively.
Do you think that a diet higher in natural saturated fats (i.e. virgin coconut oil) would lead to one's cellular membrane composition to contain more saturated fat vs PUFA/MUFA? If so, would this be protective against the lipid peroxidation from the massive assault of ROS caused by Covid-19?

Great question! In the second video I'm going to address some of the differences between the SCFA, MCFA (coconut oil) and LCFA and how they are handled by the body. I honestly don't have an answer regarding the reactive oxygen species and the cell membrane but, in general, I am adamantly against anything in excess. I still think the 1950's and 60's data from the Framingham study is valid and excess dietary intake of saturated fats is a problem. I know it's a cliché but everything in moderation...
