Tug of war with Brian Shaw and Robert oberst
@@davidbeach6947 would be interesting how many people you would ned for tug of war.... like 100 more people i think
@@irfuel theoretically you could get a licence to allow reconditioning the gun for live firing.
But you would need to own a huge tract of land to fire it on, and of course that would probably stop it being a road legal vehicle.
Kinda swings and roundabouts situation
'course nothing stopping you fitting the larger barrel up to fire fully legal rockets on private land, just saying :-)
Wouldn't take much...
Seriously cool toy, what else should The Beast drive :-)
The joy your son experienced in that moment brought tears to my eyes, good job dad!!!
Almost got me too

Already got me too btw , got me into tears 😭 , Wkwkh
Pull away in 3rd/4th so much smoother. Don't kick down from 4th to 3rd unless you're going really slow (high range to low range)or as seen you get the commanders kick from throwing them halfway out of their hatch. Or a shovel or pick helve wrapped on top of your helmet depending on how they were feeling at the time?
I been following you for the couple of years now... You are the absolute amazing human being that i ever seen .. i enjoy watching your videos and try to imitate like the beast.... Love you man❣️
Love you too brother, hope you’re doing ok out there 🙏
I've been watching since June or July 2019 which was when I was 10

what an amazing video! Eddie, thank you so much for your positivity, creativity and inspiration for us all! I was a drug addict in 2021, almost ODed on stimulants, then after hospital, somehow saw one of your videos, then man, everything changed that day. I became a true fan of you, you showed me how to live a healthy and fun life! I wait every day for new videos and watch them with my whole family on big screen! Thank you so much!!! God bless you!
GEEK WARNING ⚠️ Hey up lad, not classified as a tank it's a CVR(T) Combat Vehicle Reconnaissance (Tracked) from the sound, its got the 4.2 straight 6 Jaguar engine, better with diesel engine.
Start in 2nd gear, 1st is classified as emergency and blip the throttle when changing down from 5th to 4th, it makes a difference.
Love to have a drive again, all the best in 2023.
This man is an absolutely terrific dad.. and a genuine human being... Big softy at heart but a real family man
Seeing your son so excited and happy brought a tear to my eye. I hope to be as good a dad as you one day, Eddy. Much love, mate.
Best part of this video is seeing Max’s face light up. Absolute legend mate! X
Son's face is priceless, what a great dad.
What about taking the tank to one of those Range Rover days out places, this would be hilarious watching you drive it up or down those steep climbs or going through their deep deep meandering water/mud trails.
11:00 Thank you Eddie. That right there is some genuine childs joy of getting to enjoy something absolutely ridiculous. Bringd a smile to my face, and I bet to many others too. Cheers mate. And happy to see you having a life after a professional career, too many fell off the wagon afterwards.
Tank you very much 😄
Actually got tears in my eyes as soon has your son started laughing like a happy villain. Memorable action sir!
Next time you fill it use a truck pump. You can clip them to hold the handle up and no limit to how much you fill up before you need to pay.
Truck pump only has diesel, truck runs on diesel,
Wouldn't make for a good video though 😂
@@wow1221 I don't fancy ringing the AA to tell them you put diesel in by accident...
No truck pump has petrol pal
Or just put a tennis ball in to hold it on
That is one real good dad making his son so happy!
Amazing buddy. The picture and the smile on your sons face says it all.
The memories he'll have will be unreal.
Eddie your amazing buddy love to meet up with you one day. All the best buddy

Eddie, my 1st ever TH-cam comment: You are an inspiration as a man, a father, and a person! Both your drive and your humor are contagious! Props - definite props.
How many fathers do this for their son, Eddie is a legend
Yeah, I wonder why.
Man this is just the coolest dad, you've got a rich dad who's 1 of the strongest men in the world, very wholesome, but most of all, HE BOUGHT A FUCKING TANK
Best part was the smile of Eddie's boy. Priceless.
Seeing Max’s face light up when he saw the tank was priceless! Eddie is a fantastic father, a busy man but seems to always have quality time with his son. Bless you Eddie
I love the Kid "You gone to far this time". And thats the Kid saying 🤣
Who knew a big tank has a big tank
got me tripping
small nozzle though, or is it just proportionally small?
You gotta have a big tank when the big tank probably gets max 1mile/gallon so the assault on Paris must go on!
Wait till he figures out that fuel gets spoiled and goes bad with time 😂😂😂
@Repent and believe in Jesus Christ Amen
A golf ball fits just right in the pump handle and you can normally fill twice. Do 100l and put the nozzle back on the pump wait a few seconds and then do another 100l and then you can pay for 200l at a time. Hope that helps
This’ll definitely help the next year he fills up that tank 😂 depending on how often he uses the tank since it holds so much
fuel waster
4:52 the worlds strongest man complaining that the petrol pumps too hard to squeeze 😂😂😂
Your boys reaction when you drove off together was just spectacular!
So fun to see your sons reaction. Mom of two boys and a girl myself. My oldest is close to the same age and I can only imagine his reaction. Enjoyed it
That laugh was worth it all... seeing a kid laugh from the belly is the most pure thing ever.... Well done Eddie fella...
That's so heartwarming to see how happy his son was!
Make sure you put fuel stabilizer in it, the fuel can go bad having a shelf life of 3-6 months and then you will have expensive problems.
Doesn’t the premium already have all the additives already?
@@jusplay7309 it is proven that it makes no difference, a scam. Look into it, here is one article to read but look further into it because the results are shocking. "A new AAA study reveals why you shouldn't buy premium gas" (copy and past this in browser and it will come up.
They do yes. This comment is from the 80s
Not needed premium fuel already has this unless he's putting it away for the winter then it's needed.
@@Protein33 wrong. premium is just higher octane and not more stabilizing. dont comment on topics you are clueless on. today since ethenol is used instead of traditional fuel octane boosters it attracts water and gums up way faster.
Trick to fill up with having to hold the pump is to place the petrol cap within the pump. The pump will still cut of when it is full but it may just take slightly longer to fill up.
Yours son's reaction had me smiling so much! You're a great father, Eddie .. he's a lucky kid
In Germany we have truck pumps with high speed pumps. In addition the handle locks itself, you can walk around und don’t have to grab it.
Max’s reaction is probably the best thing I’ve ever seen in a Eddie Hall video. Well done pal. I remember my dad buying a r33 skyline to impress me and it still does to this day. Too parenting!
I think the most amazing part of the vid for me, apart from Max's reactions while riding out the top, was the fact that you can still pump your gas BEFORE paying in the UK 😳 We haven't been able to do that in the US, except at very, very rare small town mom n pop stores, since like 2008ish.
Actually in whole Europe you are filling tank and paying later tho

I’ve literally never been to a pump where you pay first and I’ve lived in the US all my life. Are you on one of the coasts? It’s very different than middle America.
@@TylerSchulsThisIsHe I'm not American but it's different all over due to state legislation. Some states you still can't even pump your own gas.

I wonder how much harder it is to pull this 8 tonne vehicle due to it being tracked compared with trucks that weigh more but are wheeled.
The rolling resistance comes to mind. Maybe a tank pull at a charity event could be an idea worth trying out once.
2018 Australia’s strongest man Eddie Williams /watch?v=TvTpUf_4zfI
Man, that's genius!
I don't think it's even possible right? The tracks provide an extreme amount of friction, that's almost eight tonnes directly.
@@aurelmatthews4164 look at my reply above, was already done in 2018
depends on neutral steering. Shouldnt be a issue as the tracks both move oppositye each other to turn, Rather than most Soviet and early french tanks that would move only 1 side of track when turning.
4:00 imagine being in the Morrisons and seeing a tank driving towards you 💀
It's OK he gave them 24hrs notice so they could wear brown trousers to work that day
Imagine WORKING at that Morrisons petrol station. 🤣🤣🤣 All you're doing looking at it thinking "now... is this a robbery or they're just filling up" 😂😂

Eddie Hall is the Tank! Lol. Wow this is so cool. I love how his son was just over the moon excited and just loving it. What a Beast of a machine.
This is the FV107 Scimitar Light Reconnoissance Vehicle (Tracked), sometimes referred to as a Light Tank or Infantry Fighting Vehicle. They can be fitted with the L23 76mm Gun which are designated Scorpion or the 30mm Rarden gun which is the tank here nicknamed Scimitar. The official fuel capacity is 423L. 423L will get you 280 miles. That works out at 3MPG. Awesome vehicle. Should look at getting a warrior in a few years when they are retired as the scimitar and warrior go hand in hand and are both very cool vehicles.
It's not a Scimitar, it's a Sabre.
It's an ex- Scorpion hull mated with the turret from the CVR(W) Fox.
It's very cool but it's not actually a tank, its a bit like calling my moped a Harley. Before anyone gives me any abuse, yes I am saying that because I'm jealous and yes I do have a moped
Your sons smile said it all, coolest son in school.
The FV107 Scimitar is sometimes classified as a "light tank" but it's more so an IFV (Infantry Fighting Vehicle) as it's equipped with a 30mm autocannon called the L21A1 RARDEN, it can pretty much mow down every and anything that isn't a heavily fortified structure and MBT (Main Battle Tank), it's light, fast and armored with a big ass gun, making it perfect for reconnaissance and use against infantry/lightly armored vehicles which was it's intended role as it's planned to be de-serviced sometime in 2023
Nts hope to purchase either a CVRT SCORPION or SAMSON in good nick..!!.
Imagine he bought a Challenger 2 tho 😂😂
This isn't a Scimitar, it's a Sabre.
Also it isn't an IFV, the Warrior is an IFV, this is a reconnaissance vehicle.
@@PieAndChips No it is a Scimitar it has the J60 4.2L Petrol Engine the Sabre has a 5.9L Diesel engine. I tested the (3) competing engines during the replacement program
@@jeffreydoujon638 The engine isn't what makes the distinction between the two.
This is a Sabre. It is a Scorpion hull with a CVR(W) Fox turret.
They came into service in 1995.
The Fox turret is lower in profile than the Scimitar and was retro-fitted with a chaingun when the conversion to Sabre was done, the shroud for the chaingun is clearly visible welded to the front of the mantlet.
