In a technical sense, the 3ds port is the best of both worlds with the original sound and graphics, while it also has the bonus modes from cave story + boi

Very nice, I'm trying to get a sub 10 minute score right now, the biggest problem is the core because it seems so unpredictable, I can come really close to getting it, but then I run out of missiles and have to chase after it and end up getting stuck in the mini cores, either that or it retreats into the wall and wastes several minutes.

the spur you can get it with any booster either 0.8 or 2.0 only with the 0.8 you have to have more skill when using it ... in order you have to go to see the old one you stole it (the gunsmith from the beginning)
It's not TAS. It's hell far away from TAS, due to so many mistakes. For example Monster X fight is very inefficient. Proper TAS would cut the total time by another 25-30%
