The policy was written before the 90-day return guarantee was implemented. If there is visible user-caused damage on the product such as scratches, dents etc., that means that the product can't be resold with a minor rework, and thus a free return would be unethical. We recommend to take pictures before and after testing the product, so that you can verify that it's in a similar condition as when opened. Even if there is scratches or for example if the original box is missing, the product can still be returned, but not with free return shipping paid from our pocket. We are a small startup company without the resources of giant corporations so please keep that in mind that this is an extra service provided by us.
As soon as I'm more confident that I'll be into VR as much as I think (compared to the other hobbies I take part in), I'm definitely planning to get one of these. Sure, a little pricy, but the metal frame, the great support harness & the capability to swap out for different controllers (of which there are many options, including those with knuckle strap covers) without buying an entirely new unit.... Lol just do it I said the same thing, just got mine yesterday 8/16 and I can already see this being a massive benefit even if you just play a bit vs a lot. I think it will eliminate a lot of the frustration from shaky hands and make it a more fun experience vs getting destroyed by someone because your controllers weren't lining up perfectly because of your hands.

Been seeing a lot of complaints on Facebook about people not getting theirs but mine arrived on first day of the estimated ship date i given and just in time for the weekend😮. So i think theres a lot of trolls trying to damage y'all's reputation! I work for FedEx as delivery driver and noticed the giant dent right on the fragile sticker 😂😂, found it ironic and funny working in the delivery industry (not y'all's fault). Only thing im going to say is the adjustable strap mount that goes in between the controller mounts was broke upon arrival in an area that seems a bit to thin and weak (filament issue with your 3D printer). I'm trying a gorilla glue fix at the moment, but if it doesn't work how do i go about getting a replacement part for that? Second I'll suggest this. The 3D printing on this seems a bit fragile, you might want to add another option for customers like a heavy duty option people can upgrade to, might bring in more customers with kids/teens and market it like so or for those of us who are heavy gamers. Id of upgraded to a more robust version easily no matter the cost. Otherwise this thing looks amazing, feels amazing! not use to the controllers sitting in it but also haven't fiddled withit while playing yet as im fixing a part. I thought they fit snuggly but its a loose fit but i know i have to play with the tightness and everything to find the perfect setup abd placement. Otherwise im positive my shooter VR experience and shooting accuracy is going to shoot through the roof. Not only that it gives you a real feeling setup with the sling and being able to drop it to go to your emergency side fire arm motion. Excited to try it out when the gorilla glue fix attempt finally dries and sets up.
does the silicone cover support option come with 2 types of mounts, one for extra clearance, and a normal version, or does it just come with the extra clearance one only?
We recently changed it to include both! It comes with a small extra cost due to the extra parts, but it ensures you can still use the stock even if you don't like the extra friction that your silicone covers will add.
Extra spare parts for the rotation and tilt of the controller mounts. So you can restore the functionality to brand-new like after a year or two of usage 😁

In July our socials went viral with 20m+ views and orders went trough the roof and the latest shipment of parts is late for a week from our supplier. Due to these two circumstances we are experiencing a temporary hiccup. All orders already placed are currently estimated to be shipped out by latest next week.

When I spent $649 for the quest 3, then $80 for the bobovr s3, then $90 for the bowkvr stock which I love but the 3d print is starting to fail and it’s brand new. I will gladly spend $159 for a stock that may work better. Everything is overpriced for someone. Stop saying things are overpriced for you. No one cares. The stuff you spend your money on I am assuredly going to say you spent too much money on it.
