@@ChasinChains I wore mine yesterday in the field for the first time throwing and surprisingly helped me throw flatter. KT tape helps to if you haven't tried that. Put it on your bicep and with a little tension pull it up your arm to the base of the back of your neck.
Them short courses are great for putter only rounds!

I've noticed you wear a elbow brace. Does that help when you do field work?
I like to think it helps but sometimes I still feel pain in the elbow.
