      Your oven temperature should be really high, I had mine at 500F

    Salam Meri bread bi sai say proof howi thi aur pairay bi sai ban gaiy thay laikin bannay ka baad bread may wazan tha aur woh khannay may bi little chewy thi reason Kiya hoga

    What is the weight of 1 cup of maida you are using bcz 1 cup is 120 gms approx so 4 cups would be 480 gms.kindly clarify
