Genny, I've always wondered the same thing. Squeeze the pimple/blackhead first and if nothing comes out, use the blade tip just a touch and stuff should come out. And it's not necessary to stab the pores making them bleed!!

Can’t help but wonder what kind of hygiene these people maintain on their faces, i do believe that black heads accumulate from billed up oils on the skin or in the skin. Maybe a little better cleaning of the face will eliminate some of this problem

exactly, open comedones usually don't need pricked. not to mention she digs the tool in too deep, sometimes pushing the debris back inside.
Probably so the session will take longer time and they have to come back more times.
