Hi there, I brought a new Eskute Polluno PLUS Ebike. Someone stole the saddle. Could you kindly guide me to where i can buy a new one online? It is not showing on the official website. Thanks in advance.
My son gets about 20 miles out of a full charge (just over 2 hours riding)because he uses it on some moderate hills, also it only has 35-40nm torque which is fine for most hills but struggles on steep ones. It's a solid bike and is worth the price for what you get. My volt pulse bike has 40-50 nm torque and I shoot passed my son going up hill. You may get the full distance stated but only on flat roads with no hills and if your under 15 stone. We get nowhere near the stated distance because of the hills.
I have an early Volt Pulse And have just bought a Polluno to replace it (cheaper than a new battery, lights etc). The Volt parts are higher quality, in particular the brakes, sprung saddle, forks etc, and both have poor customer support. I’m not sure yet which has the better motor and controller combination.
@3:10 are the electronics exposed to the weather if you remove the battery (living in an apartment)?

Isit all that comfy just looking at the body posture it looks kinda upright body low.
