For those of you who cannot even type in the search to open the device manager: Press the (Windows key + X) and you will be able to open up the device manager from there.

i have been trying to figure this shit out for three MOFO years!!!! i started running my web browser with administrator rights only and i have not had the problem since.. fixed. .screw remapping and downloading programs to fix this crap.. OH and i am using a gaming keyboard. my opinion... it is a switch issue
sir if i open any pdf it automatically scrolls down to last page of the pdf and despite trying moving upwards it doesn't come.
Then I press control button on the keyboard and it works. This problem occurs on every site I visit it automatically goes down to last page or continuously presses * button Then I press control button and it works .

My laptop's built-in keyboard initially had issues where pressing Shift + A wouldn't work correctly and would instead trigger other actions like opening the file menu. After using the laptop with this issue for about two hours, I powered it off. Upon restarting, the keyboard stopped working entirely, preventing me from entering my PIN to log in. Even i use the external keyboard and type the password, it automatically presses 5 and i cant log in... how to solve that

Hope the key 5 pressing or damaged. Try to disassemble it and try with external keyboard or onscreen keyboard

doesnt make sense to me.. i tried this over and over... it works 1 every 4-5 days unpredictable... ill buy a keyboard tomorrow and bet a few random keys break within a month and i put up with it for years

Check for keyboards you forgot about. I had a Bluetooth one on my desk and didn’t realize it was on, something was holding down the space bar thus causing it to “auto type” can’t believe I didn’t realize 🤦

I fixed mine after trying everything else and nothing worked. Removed a wireless HP mouse after removing the HP keyboard that had that problem. Connected a usb generic mouse and the problem is fixed.

By the way there is no solution for any key typed many times your keyboard has some fault replace it like me.

my external; keyboard has an issue with the "L;" key. Just types a semicolon everytime i type it. l;ook more l;ike a internal; keyboard issue rather than a driver issue.

okay so.. i had 3 HID Keyboard then updating it a endedid up deleting all of them for some reason and now my gaming keyboard doesnt work at all on my pc.
and now im using a crappy spare keyboard i had saved up.
