@Sandip .. I can't see the option of speech in the setting option of free version but can see data controls option which is not visible in your video. any update or difference due to paid or free version ?
OpenAI keeps changing the interface and deploys updates in a phased manner. It may take some time for the 'Speech' option to reflect in your account. I have just tried with both FREE and Paid accounts and can see both 'Speech' and 'Data Controls' options using both accounts. Please check if you can see the 'Speech' option in your account now. It's been 9 days since you posted this comment. 😊
