Thanks for your review. I have been trying to watch all the videos I can on these to help decide if I want to try them on a section of my roof that is directly under our maple tree - those propellers! Most of your thoughts seem spot on with other folks too about the difficulty cutting them and some ends smashed up a little. Having a few extra bits laying around isn't a bad deal though. If you use them more than a few times they can start rounding out a little, so toss and grab another new one! Thanks again. Oh, if you have time how about you give us an update now that you are well past the spring season and let us know how they have worked so far?
Yea just got my roof replaced and fighting with my roofing company because they damaged my old school gutter guards that our metal sheet type I had since 2008, with no issues, and hoping I don’t have to go this route with new gutter guards, researching atlas since my neighbor down the street just installed his from Lowes, finding out some of the roofing companies are now going with the shur flo gutter guards , not finding out a lot of info on you tube about Shur Flo, if so there outdated reviews, wondering if you have had any experience with that product, looks similar to some of these guards ? Hoping they will reset mine , because they worked fine before and never collected leaves on them
How did they work if your gutter is a few inches down like on the lowest part of your gutter did you have to bend them to get them to go under the shingle
Just buy a roll of hardware cloth (galvanized steel mesh) and some self drilling screws from the hardware store. Way cheaper, easier, and just as effective.

I’ll see if I can make a follow up video soon. They have been great. Haven’t even sweeper them off yet. The wind has taken care of most everything

@@EverydayJourney Thanks!
Appreciate the review. I'll probably pick up two packs of them. You covered everything I was wondering about.
Still no complaints here. They’ve done what I needed them to do. Hope yours go up easy
@@EverydayJourney I might go buy two packs today since I took off from work to get some rest.
Rest. What is that :-)

Thanks for the great video. One question: Did you install them under the starter row or between the starter row and shingle? Thanks.
I just tucked them under everything. Probably would be best to be between them.
Do you have to use an impact tool to install the screws or am I able to do this was a Dewalt cordless screw driver?
No need for impact. A drill/driver will work fine

Mine were close enough but yes you could bend them if you needed to
How do you do 90 degree bends/corners?
I would just overlap them so I wouldn’t need to bend.
I had a estimate for leaf filter gutter gaurd $12,000+. That was a nope. Didn't purchase these but now i wish i had.
A little finicky but they seem to work fine
Great job..thanks it was a big help..hit all the points.
Haven’t even swept mine off since the install. They are great
