So much fun to watch. Great game play by everyone!! I am keeping my fingers crossed that you can recover the files of the other games. It would be awesome if Jaume would break down the play with you and with some slo mo. BTW congrats to Jaume on his win over Ben Johns!!
Great vid! Thanks for the time getting multiple cameras setup and all the hustle behind the scenes. Btw, got my hesacore grip Friday and really like it so far. The first thing I noticed was how nice it felt to have that clear feel for where my hand is on the grip, with my fingertips sliding into the hexagons.
I think it's Alex right? He has that wicked forehand slice return that I can see caused some problems on your side's thirds. Thoughts? Great vid... need more of these!
At 1:15, Jaume serves from the left side of the court. Instead of the usual switch after a point is scored, Jaume serves from the right side and then returns to the left. I was under the impression that the rule dictates the attacking team should switch sides after scoring a point. Can someone clarify this rule for me?
You'll notice that Ed also stays on the right side for that serve; it's called stacking, and is generally done to keep the player with the best forehand able to cover the center of the court. As long as you serve from the correct side, there are no rules dictating that you have to remain on that side for the rest of the point.
If anyone is a tech expert, and knows how to convert a .DAT file back into a .MP4 or .MOV pls help me 🥲 somehow when the camera fell over, some of the recordings turned into .DAT files. I have about two games that are stuck in that format and I can’t edit them lol
Fun game to watch! Question, I noticed in this video you are holding the paddle "regular" and not on the end similar to Jaume. Was the recorded before hand? Or did you go back to a more standard grip?

Have you tried VLC?
@@yojironin I did and it couldn't open the .DAT file :(
Try Final Cut, or Premier
@@ER_aka_RAMI use premiere to edit and it can’t read the .DAT file :/
Did you try Handbrake?
Ed, did you talk to Jaume about lead tape? I use the dbd so I am curious if he puts lead on his.
What are the ratings of the other 3 players?
4.6 5.7 5.1
Are you guys playing with Selkirk S1 Pro balls? How does Jaume like them?
I believe we played with Vulcan since this was during PPA Palm Springs

I'm glad you noticed that. This game was recorded before I had my lesson with Jaume :-)
