16:55 herO kills a probe to solve his supply block for a Phoenix. Harstem take note.

Such a herO move to immediately know what to do when you're supply blocked but not learn to make more pylons

Harstem is SUCH a great technical caster. There are casters that are better with content and commentary, but his technical skills are SO good. Thank you harstem!

I think that the closest one is PiG, but I do prefer the technical aspects of Harstem, and his sense of humour.

Totally agree! Plus he knows when nothing's happening and can still entertain. That probe follow ❤

That's the kind of build people see, then try on the ladder and lose %100 of the time because the arrive just after stim finishes.

I love how there is absolutely zero in between with Hero, he is either leaving his door down messing up relatively basic micro or shows up the strangest timing attacks or build order which makes Protoss look totally broken.
    Such an odd ball. Hah

SICK TIMING BY HERO GAME 1 . EVEN CURE THE GOD OF TVP WAS SURPRISED. game one was like a zest early game where is attacking and constantly aggro.

25:24 ghost academy beats factory as a walling structure because it cost less and builds faster:
    factory - 1250 hp for 150/100 in 43 seconds
ghost academy - 1250 hp for 150/50 in 29 seconds

HerO reminds me of how I play. I also play weird/sloppy build orders, and have had a lot of success with similar zealot/immortal/phoenix compositions.
My execution is a lot worse though. I'm only Plat.
HerO is the best bad player - he's so good at playing badly he ends up winning against players that are actually good anyway. He knows how to play well, but benefits more from playing bad builds and confusing/tilting his opponent.

The builds aren't "bad": they have a purpose and a clear intention behind them. For game 1 the intent was clear - strike cure in the middle of the map before he had his upgrades

Speaking of strategic victories, would it be reasonable to assume Cure’s success in online events is due to solid strategy and decision making when ping can be a factor for other more mechanically gifted terrans?

The thing that freaks my brain out is how they do like 2 damage to marauders. What's supposed to be the ultimate protoss ground unit only exists to counter the single most basic unit from the terran arsenal and is countered by 10 other things. Not impressive at all.

  • @fluffydbeast7557
    @fluffydbeast7557 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

Terran feel very favored in this matchup, its like protoss has to make a superhuman read or amazing play to just have an even game while terran can just play macro and have an advantage. Am I trippin?

7:35 With the new patch immortals will be able to tank big hits like mines, disruptors, siege tanks effortlessly, since the shield not blocking the first hit is getting fixed.

Really nice series, great casting! However I feel like I have to point out, this is a FINAL(?). You criticize the build orders and the plays a lot, especially the ones from HERO. I like it, and I agree they do some wierd stuff and they don't play standard or optimal. BUT.. this is a final?? They are nervous and also, this must be the perfect time to do some crazy shit and throw some curveballs?. It's got to be horrifying to be up against these weird tactics and builds all of a sudden in a game like this? Won't you agree that it's simply wrong to rate games like this and the builds the players do in them, as if they were simple ladder games??
