The biggest takeaway for me was instead of becoming stressed when I have acne I can approach it in a grateful way and see it as potential for growth!

I definitely need to change my mindset about acne. You hit the nail on the head for me when you talked about clean eating. My skin is beautiful when I eat right.

It can be, but not always 😊 It’s our body trying to heal! Such a great takeaway! Thanks so much Rachel for watching 💕

Acne is not a good thing. It can cause depression, lack of self confidence and can destroy your self esteem. If you have acne that's a sign that something isn't right internally and needs to be fixed.

by "a good thing" she means that it's useful for us to acknowledge something is not right inside our body, then look for it and treat it, instead of just focusing on the outter consequence of the problem, which is the acne.

I had bad acne my entire childhood/teen years... i also lived in Ontario
I moved away for 6 years and it cleared up...
I just moved back and my face has fully broken out and it so so painful.

Yes, look into the water supply/water filters or other stressors/toxins unique to that region. 🙏
