- Digital Underground rapper Money B spoke about distancing himself from 2Pac after the late rapper joined Death Row. After explaining that he didn't work on Me Against the World, Money B said that he feels like the project was 2Pac's most complete album.
During the conversation, Money B addressed the drama surrounding 2Pac in his everyday life, which Money B said he feels the late rapper spoke into existence in his songs. He then added that while working on "Wussup Wit The Luv," a Digital Underground song featuring 2Pac, the late rapper spoke about death and dying, which Money B's cousin Clee warned him about.
Check out the full clip above to hear more of what Money B had to say.
The body of work that Tupac left is the stuff of legends. At 21 he was nobody, and by 25 he left the body of work that is still leaking out. Think of the albums, the movies, the interviews, the TV shows, and the poetry, AND think of all the girls, the cases, the imprisonment, and all these other things that take up you time. Yet really look at the body of work. Absolutely legendary.
21 years old he was known. He stared n Juice at 19, and he was rapping on his own at 21. 22 years old he was in Poetic Justice and so on.
i didn't know Shock G produced So Many Tears...
That's hard afffff
O.J Pimpson yeah man wen u a real producer u can make any type of beats. I think these dudes just owned there craft. All the legends do
O.J Pimpson hella late bruh
Free O.J Pimpson
Look up Shock G Tupac tribute when he's playing so many tears on a Keyboard... DOPE!
Shock is so underrated, you just dont know. He was too musical for hip-hop sometimes
The last point Vlad made about being only 25 , just turned 25, is not stressed enough. Name me anyone one person if any profession with this much catalog AND success at 25. ♠️
Blacker Momba -Agreed. As well as the understanding of how great his being would have evolved well into his 40s and 50s...smh...Bless his soul.....peace
//// + Did you just say Bieber ?? Man Slap yourself For Saying that Stupid Shit
Blacker Momba Exactly look at the rappers now, or anyone now, it's amazing what he did and how far he had come already by that age. Its unbelievable.
CamDrippy + Yeah Lil Wayne had a lot of Songs when he reached 25 to, Cuz Wayne was so young when he started out with the Hot Boyz, But PAC still had way more Songs and Had a way Bigger impact tho' and Wayne wasn't even the Hardest rapper out the Hot Boyz' Wayne was probably the weakest out the whole group...
AT THE AGE OF 25 I WAS JOBLESS! no joke lol, like Quincy said imagine Martin luther at 25, Malcolm X at 25 and himself at 25.
Damn everyday we are learning new things about 2pac on this channel
Black Rulership White ppl put Pac in prison? "They" may have but not this white dude(me). We aint all the same boss.
Glorie Mpaka very true
Black Rulership uhh lol my dad is black and my mother is Mexican but anyway you tripping🤣
Glorie Mpaka lol don't bother. Anyone with such an ignorant username isn't going to be reasonable
Glorie Mpaka tbh, we gotta thank vlad
Money B's a cool ass cat. I was on his podcast with my peoples. He keeps an upbeat party energy.
we need that shock G interview! Make it happen
DrumMajorSCSU .DrumMajorSCSU No!

Shock G is so hard to interview...dude is FADED on 5 different drugs everytime you see him. He IS a genius tho...but SO hard to interview
Nah, he be str8, that's a deep brother
Shock G is legendary
Heavy in the Game is a slept on song on "Me Against The World"
Richie rich killed that Shit
Cody Carpenter #Exactly
Steve O I swear that song doesn't get it's props
Aaron Holt that man went off
OutLawLiving be yo own man and buy yo own dope
One of the deepest interviews. Speaking things into your reality
2pac
Glad I'm not the only one out there with the theory that perhaps Pac spoke quite a bit of his drama - and ultimately his early demise - into existence.
Energy ain't nothin' to fool with. RIP & much Love to Pac & his loved ones
Ol•ive Branch most people are too trapped to comprehend what you are saying about energy.
L
That's no secret. Pac said it himself that his big mouth would get him killed. Sadly he wasn't the type to bite his tongue about anything.
Take it a step further. If you are rapping along to the song then you are speaking into your life as well. I love Pac, but I don’t really listen to it (that type of music) anymore. I don’t want to speak that into my life.
We had a whole generation of people who didn’t know shit about the hood, drugs or their homies getting murdered rapping and singing along to someone else’s trauma. Bruh, I grew up in the suburbs. What business did I have speaking that shit over myself? And that’s the secret. They push that music on us and we speak it into our lives. Now look and see people who live in the burbs trying to gang bang. Like wtf are you doing? That ain’t your life.
RIP Pac.

Sound like shock g ain't getn his props on being a great producer
Aaron Holt
It does don't it.
Aaron Holt I never knew he produced So Many Tearz!
Aaron Holt yea tf
He does, industry people respect him. The regular people wouldn't know that about him.
I knew he produced some tracks but not any of the ones Money B named.
Shock G interview next
Alot of ppl say you speak things into existence with the words and actions you choose to tell on. But no one ever says maybe these ppl who have visions are seeing their lives before it happens.
If you talk about getting shot, then walk into a bank with a gun and get shot, you’re not a visionary. You’re just a fool
@@JM-st6ut Your right that's a bank robber.
A visionary feel and express what his mind proposes in random scenarios that scramble their mental. Not exact situations as they play out within your head.
you are 100% right
Me Against the World is my Favorite Pac Album on ALL TIME bc it's solid from start 2 finish.......A classic that I still bump today
Me against the world is not my favorite album but it is definitely his best. It showed that even if he didnt sign with deathrow he would still be the man. Its a solid album for all types of audiences. And only 23 or 24 at the time. Most introspective of his albums.
R U Still Down [Remember Me] is so slept on along with Until The End Of Time.
Death around the corner is my favorite 2pac song and me against the world was his best album
Shed So Many Tears my fav Pac song too
people forget that he was only 25 for 2 months!
Three but point well taken.
R.I.P Tupac Shakur 🌹
When your advanced in intelligence more than everyone else, you tend to understand and figure the world for what it is and how things actually work. And I feel at some point having to discover this mystery that it may take others years to retrieve, those early on can not only perceive life, understand it, and eventually predict their lives before it happens.
Jthrillz 728 yeah. Ok
That's happening to me and I make music
Shock G next. Make it happen Vlad
roscoegino No! Vlad is a fed
Me Mr. Who? Yet you're on here supporting "the fed" smh
Shock G is so hard to interview...dude is FADED on 5 different drugs everytime you see him. He IS a genius tho...but SO hard to interview
roscoegino
DMX HARD TO INTERVIEW

DMX FUCKIN HARD TO INTERVIEW
I always felt 7 Day Theory was Pac's most rawest and true form next to Me Against the World.
7 day theory is definitely slept on
@@wm1573 There's a playlist here on TH-cam called 7 Day Theory Platinum Edition that has all the raw recordings of that album before they were mixed and released for the public after Tupac died. It was originally supposed to be a mixtape they were going to release for free or something like that. There are some differences in the Platinum edition that I think make it better. A lot of the layers they would throw over Tupac's outros or intros aren't there.
@@TheKingHyral cool! Thanks i always love to hear some alternative/behind the scenes stuff
I'm loving these interviews about 2Pac. Thanks Vlad.
Lord knows...best song on that album. Hold ya head of Makaveli, my all time favorite
Law of Attraction is heavy.
No, sorry. Its magick, choas magick to be specific.
One has to be careful with words. The tongue is a double edge sword.
Thats crazy ..! So many tears is so deep that it's bigger then Rap.. That Song is he best Hip-hop song ever
Trvp ParkWay yes when he said inside my mind i couldn't find a place to rest o.m.g.
At 12:35 - 12:37 you can tell Money B took it back to that moment and that sh*t hurt but he held it together.......1~Luv
Damn this ish still hits deep. I remember the day me any my college football teammates were listening to the news for updates and we were playing all the Tupac songs that night , tears were on each of our faces 🙏🏿❤️
Gay
That shit hurt and it effected so many of us til this day ..I cry and I feel he was heaven sent
@@That90sShow what
Man! I always talk bout getting Rich n I'm still not! 😥 Man RIP 2pac!
Shed so many tears is also my favorite track on that "Me against the world" album. It might be my favorite Tupac song ever! Some of you saying Pac was a philosopher. Some say a poet. Whatever you want to consider him...know one else is like him, and he was very intelligent.
i agree, shed so many tears is my favorite 2pac song also
“So many tears” is PAC’s masterpiece ❤
2pac said in an interview that "me against the world " is his favorite album that he made
I remember Snoop did an interview and said he asked Pac why he always talking about death. And after Murder Was The Case he said he stopped making songs like that
Try to interview Haitan Jack. Views will sky rocket
koffiged boa
He can't even enter America.
@@likereallystfu I'm 😂😂😂😂😂 "he can't even enter America" karma is a bitch😂😂😂😂
biggies album was called life after death and it was released 2 weeks after his death
snow man first album was “ready to die”..
I like them both but Pac and Biggie were obsessed with death. There is this steady and constant theme of death in their music.
Anyone could see that and I agree with Money B, Mopreme, Snoop and others, that Pac spoke things into existence. You could even describe it as being a self-fulfilling prophecy. So be careful what you speak about and be careful what you wish for.
@@JR-ju3kj Tupac was talking about his death from day 1, they said he use to have dreams and he would wake up screaming and sweating
Money B got choked up talking about Tupac Shakur death. So did I RIP Tupac Shakur
“Outlaw” was one of pac’s hardest songs he ever made!
Hahahaaa.. VLAD darn near bust 4-nuts ( 7:59 ) when Mopreme said Pac had nightmares and woke up screaming!!! ..dude like "REALLY😨, SO SO SOOO!"
Always looking for that unknown element within the Pac mystery 😂😂😂!!!
..great job though!
Lowkey...this was a good interview
Interviews of all interviews about 2pac...money b is a real dude, as a man never follow someone who will detrimental to your own character... out of all the interviews this dude has done this is the realest one..
Pac was just too real to live
The Power of Death and Life is in our tongue!
Let me cut the story short, Tupac was real, he spoke what he felt, never turned his cheek for no buster. He was REAL! He was that nigga. But not only that, he gave back to the community.
I think PAC was just tired of the bullshit in his life that he became almost to the point of suicidal.. like he just didn't give a fuck whether he lived or died anymore. It's a tragedy because we were robbed from witnessing the full potential of someone that meant so much to many. RIP
That’s what it seemed like.
Me Against The World
And Makaveli are Top Notch Dope
Money B is real, real underrated
I heard and i thought and im sure . Why the fuck is Vlad always second guessing his guest. And Vlad stays on Pacs nuts 24/7. Next Vlad going to interview the 2pac Hologram
lol
we all know what tupac would've become. he would be the richest rapper even richer than Jay z.
probably so but pac was more into influencing the culture than money
Black Phillip

FACTS 💯💯💯💯
Vlad, WTF? How do you not know who Dramacydal is? OMG, your interviews are always dope but your preparation and knowledge sucks. Outlawz started out as ThoroHeadz then they were Young Thugz then Dramacydal then Outlaw Immortalz then Outlawz. That was K-Dog (Kastro), Big Malkie (EDI Mean), Mutah (Napoleon) & Young Hollywood (Kadafi). Then Fatal joined. Fatal was part of Fatal-N-Felony with Kadafi. Thug Life was Pac, Syke, Mopreme, Macadoshis & Rated R. But Syke & Mo were also part of Outlawz. Then Storm joined. Young Noble came in at the end.
Brainwash And What makes it so bad is that he tried to correct Money B who was around these niggas since they was kids
Brainwash Is Storm the same chick called Marvellous with C-BO's camp back in the day? And who was Kato?
big kato was sykes friend
It’s almost as if Vlad is human.
Your spot on dude
Speaking words into existence! Music is Spiritual! Good and Bad or Evil, Money B Knows!✨✨✨
Me Against The World Is A Fuck in Classic....period
Shed so Many Tears and Picture Me Rolling are my top 2 Pac songs
He would have become king of a new nation it's almost as if he knew he only had a brief time to live and definitely made the most of it we are here still talking about it
Salute Shock G
What was the tracks that didn't make it to the album shock produced?
I think pac got the idea to talk about death from scarface verse on mind playing tricks on me
Geto Boys had to be a huge influence on PAC. He got that Scarface/Willie D type delivery
GTFOH Pac came out b4 scareface
@@darrylwilson9718 You're joking right?
Tupac was a poet...a prophet...many great writers have romanticized death long before Scarface...
@Legal Eagle how did PAC swagger jack?
Good Work Money B On Interview
This was a real azz interview!
Vlad please do your research before you ask these questions
I can’t stand Vlad,I just like the people he interview. I don’t trust him I think he tries to be down with the culture, and he is a instigator. He doesn’t know our culture like that.
So was Tupac really predicting the future...
when I die my music will live on forever - Tupac Shakur 💯
Much adimiration for Digital Underground.
He speaking the #TRUTH
3 Quick comments:
Me against the world best tupac album by far ( had all dimensions of tupac spirit in it ) my favorite album ever
I saw a great comment about tupac being a philosopher ( 100 % agree i just used rap music as a way to communicate he was 1st and foremost a great thinker )
Dj vlad we need the Shock G interview
Me Against the World... best album... So Many Tears.... fav indiv track
Money B and me are on the same line on this oooooooooooooone....
Def best album. It ain’t easy is my favorite 2pac song, but so many tears us up there
Loving these interviews
Temptation is one of PACs hardest tracks.....
I AGREE!!!! "Shed so many Tearz" my favorite PAC song🌹🌹🌹
Sad....yall only spoke with him cuz he ''was '' once involved with 2pac
Can't believe this was 2 years ago. Holy shit feels like it's only been a few months. Dayummmm time flies by
moneyb's expression can see he was sad bout tupacs death. look like he bout to cry. digital underground were his genuine friends.
Tupac could've survived that 2nd shooting but his mom who had power of attorney of him told the doctors not to revive him and let him go.
nomibe2911 or if Should night didn't drive the wrong way away from the hospital about 3 miles and then have to go all the way back when the hospital was just about a quarter-mile the opposite way that he decided to go after the shooting
DrankSinarta 30508 the fuck does that matter?? Pac died 6 days later
have you been to vegas ? just cause something is a few miles away don't mean you gonna get there in a few mins the traffic is heavy there especially on fight night and the car was shot up wasn't no driving it
nomibe2911 could he have?
lolol he meant suge knight ROFL
Vlad didn't catch it. "Me Against The World" is arguably Pac's most complete album. COMPLETE. Even in "Resurrection" Pac says it will always "be my fav album". Not to discard Makaveli or All Eyez ...
These are some of the wisest words around.
Self fulfilling prophecy.
Vlad think he Barbara Walters tryna get Money B to cry.
roscoegino 😂🤣😂🤣🤣🤣🤣

Vlad Slipped Up 2-Pac is still alive @ 4:15
djvlad time to interview Eugene Deal
Whats up with the love is one of my favorite song period
🙏🏾RIP Pac
I'm tired of these sellouts. Pac had to get away from Digital underground to express his full potential.
Interview Leila Steinberg
Yes I would love to see him interview her, Shock G and Mouse Man Pac's childhood friend from Baltimore
Ray luv too
Joooooooo
But in South Africa, PAC was in the Dear Momma Video? Scenes of him rapping in the street, 'I hope you got the Diamond Necklace that I sent to you' part I can clearly remember.
Look alike
Tupacs best album is Makaveli 7 day Theory!
RIP.🙏 SHOCK G.👑
Wassup with the love was a nice song.
My favorite Tupac album is also ME AGAINST THE WORLD.
I had some of those songs that was on RUStill down on a bootleg mixtape the summer he was in jail. A lot of those songs were about death.
The truth is the truth music changed and pac and big would be like jayz and nas today if they was living. Its good to see jayz and nas beef over and making music together and still living. The good and the bad type thing. Good to get together and live, bad not to get together and not squash beef and get killed.
You can tell money B still hurt by Tupac's death at the end he still feels that shit
Vlad you gots to interview Shock G
Pac's death still hurts Money B
it hurts everyone, because man he would have done so much
im 33 still lost in life.
Takes till about 45
Keep building any which way you can
