I actually own a Crown Vic like that, an '89 LX. Kinda messed up it didn't win in that chase. That particular one is actually an LX dressed up as an unmarked unit, as I saw the emblem in the back. Didn't like how there's a taxi one and a '77 or '78 Trans Am destroyed in the chase.
Yep, they just don't make movie chase scenes like this anymore, now a days its just CGI after CGI but the only movie that really in my mind got shit done right in this era was Mad Max: Fury Road. You should make a montage out of Max's 1973 Ford Falcon XB Police Interceptor, i already got my favorite scene from the first movie in my channel.
