Volvo or scania, semisleeper is more comfortable and smooth. But in same Volvo or scania, sleeper bus always shakes. If want to travel in sleeper bus, travel in Leyland bus.

Except a few staff and crew most of them are crude and arrogant. Most are drunk at night. Not a week passes without an accident and the nexus with police is such that its never get reported in the daily or media. All their vehicle regn nos when added will come to 1.

kpn is the very very worst travels operator in Tamil Nadu ever I haven't seen this kind of worst operation in public transport. many times I have faced many issues with kpn. even a single bus operator also doing better job than kpn. for example am telling my last week experience here, when I was boarding in bus the driver was unable to drive a bus because of his work tired. even himself he refused the trip. but the management was forced him to drive in the sleepy mood itself by single driver from Chennai to madurai around 500km. in chengalpet itself he was drove till to met an accident. however he was controlled and continued after our words also. after that finally he done an accident near villupuram in a barry guard instead of a under bridge median pillar. after that the passengers were sitting in the cabin for talking with the driver and we serve him a tea to wake up till to stop their pitstop near Ulundhurpet and we were asked the manager to change the driver but they refused our request and told that the same driver will continue after 30 mins of rest. then we refused his word and blocked all the buses which were came to the pitstop. after 1 hour of argument only they have arranged a spare driver for us and the journey continues around 5am with only one head light and reached madurai around 3 hours late. from via erode to Chennai route a kpn driver was drinking liquor while driving in highway and the passengers were stopped the bus and shoot a video and shared in WhatsApp also. at the same one time I faced a bus break down issue near Madurai while traveling to Chennai in SRM travels non Ac bus, the driver was contact the customer care, at that time all the buses were filled and they were arranged a multi axle Volvo bus for non Ac passengers for adjusting the lake of time to reach Chennai. this is the way of customer service. but we didn't expect the same from kpn ever. they became only money minded
