Don't understand why parents conceal their children's artwork. They call it beautiful, but conceal it. Isn't a message sent across to the kids that your artwork is not beautiful enough to be exhibited along with the other artifacts?
There are too many things in the house. Avg 900 sq Indian apartments will have enough space than this. 1200 sq wasted without a balcony or a decent kids room with an attached bathroom. I think Vaastu plays a key role in India to have a moderate house in less space.
@@shiven3020 That's not true actually, even some condos don't have a balcony and not having a balcony by no means is a determining factor of their financial status
@@rii_4 agree but a very few condos don't have balconies. Old constructions. But except for Pinnacle duxton and probably one or two more HDBs, no other HDBs have balconies. Also, prices of condos >> HDBs. So yes, it does give you an idea about the financial status of those living there.
@@shiven3020 I know many millionaires who are living in HDBs, in this particular case however, the house is in ECP, which almost at the same level as holland village now, probably more for all you know. It’s a home with sea view and is fully renovated by a professional interior designer, I don’t think somebody poor will be able to do that lol

In Singapore, the HDBs don't have a balcony. That's exactly how the poors of Singapore live, tbh.
