Very nice video, thank you very much! I'm just wondering how you handle the Google Ads extension, as the GCLID can be created on the Lead module but cannot be fed from a custom module to the Lead module. Does this mean that you don't recommend using the Google Ads extension?

Would be interesting to understand how the utms and gclids are managed
Same about lead source and then last click in the occurrence of a repeat form or click action

💪🏽this makes a ton of sense... I set one up similarly, but in a section within the lead or contact. Didn't think about using a module.

This is great and will really help eliminate duplicate Leads. I've set up the function and everything is working with one exception. The phone # isn't populating when a new lead is created. The field type is the same through Zoho Forms, Webform Submission Module & Leads Module. Any ideas?

I'm a even less than a rookie with deluge but... I found the issue! The API name wasn't the same as it is in the function. Updated the function and its working perfectly. Still learning something new everyday :)

In the video when Jordan is filling out the Zoho Form he says that "as long as the form is integrated properly..." I feel we might have skipped that step in the tutorial...are we integrating our Zoho Form to the Web Form Submission module on the backend CRM Integration?

You want to integrate it to whichever module you want the leads to go to. In most cases, you would integrate it into the Leads or Contacts Module. To verify this, the connection is turned on under the integration tab in the form builder. Be sure to map your fields from the form to CRM!

Okay thanks but I guess what confuses me is that if I integrate it with the Leads Module and map the fields from the form...doesn't that override the functions Jordan created?
I mean isn't the point that the function decides whether to create and populate a new lead or contact based on what comes through into the custom module "Web Form Submissions"?

Amazing! Thank you for the detail you showed. Question...We have built a Zoho Form that captures a large amount of information about our clients when we're onboarding them. Most of the time these clients are two spouses. Is there a way (or do you have a video I could watch), that shows how to have the collected information about Spouse 1 go to Contact Record/Spouse 1 in Zoho CRM, and then the collected information about Spouse 2 goes their separate Contact Record in the CRM? I haven't been able to figure out how to collect information from two Contacts (or Leads) on one singular Zoho Form, and have that information split out to two Contact records in the CRM?

      Hey Jeff,
We answered your question in this week's episode of the CRM Zen Show. You can do this either with Deluge or Zoho Flow which we discuss here - th-cam.com/users/livebOXNok3NBKQ?feature=share&t=2432

Looks like you’re going to have a gclid and utms nightmare?

We cover that in other videos. Search our site for UTM and you will find plenty of resources around this.

Great tutorial, but I am having some trouble with getting some features to work/display as you have laid out. 1) The method to have the related lists display in either the Leads and Contacts modules, after an existing lead/contact has completed a Zoho Form submission. 2) Additionally, the Related Lead and Related Contact IDs are NOT available when I attempt to build out the "View Lead" or "View Contact" button links. I am not sure where I have missed some directions. Ben
