The nighttime lights on the Wisteria look truly breathtaking! Thank you for the video. I had added Ashikaga to my visit list when I read about it before, now your video has convinced me to view it at nighttime to see it's beauty lit up. Thank you!

Might be a weird question, but did you just pay for a normal day ticket and stayed from day till night, or did you have to go out of the park and then repurchase a ticket for the light up at night? 😅 Their official website confuses me with the normal admission fee and the night admission fee

Hi, it depends what time you enter the park. If you enter during the day, you have to pay the normal admission fee, and if you enter at night for the illumination, it’s the higher price indicated on the website. I went there on two separate days, but you can come in the afternoon and stay for a few hours if you want to see the illumination. They have cafés and restaurants inside the park. If you’re planning to stay overnight, there are several hotels near Ashikaga station which is just one stop from the flower park’s train station. Hope this helps. ♥️

Hello Venice! I just want to ask, does it take a whole day to see the place, or can I visit in the afternoon to enjoy the Wisteria at night? is it better than the Wisteria in Fokouka? TIA

Hi Girley Borer. It doesn’t take too long to explore the entire park, an hour or so would be good enough. I also recommend going late in the afternoon or at night so you can enjoy the beautiful lights show. I haven’t been to the one in Fukuoka, so I couldn’t compare. I hope this helps.
