Great work as always, Mike. I've played Fields of Normandy 2, and am looking forward to this one. German movement seems to give this one a completely different feel.
Thanks for the play though and the game Mike. I’m currently playing this and Fields of Normandy, with another couple of your games purchased but not yet played. With the video: at about the 34:45 mark - after destroying the half track - you forgot to take the rest of your turn. No impact on the instructional value of the video - must have been the relief of taking out the track!
Hi,In this game it is easy to make a one vs one version. It could be an extra to include in the book. With points each side chooses its units and both make actions with the dices.
Yes, it would be pretty easy to house rule that. I made the decision to make all my games as solitaire games as that is how I play war games, and I know many others do too, so two player versions are unlikely to appear in my games.
Ah, right. My books are the highest quality paper that Amazon produce, so I cannot do any better than that. It is not a complaint I get too often to be honest. Thanks for buying it. The games are also on WarGame Vault.com where you can buy a PDF copy and print it onto thicker paper if you want to. Thanks again. Ah bien.
There isn’t, but you could easily string 2 or 3 battles together to create one, having some kind of reinforcement rule between them (perhaps adding 4-6 points of random reinforcements to your surviving army for example). Enjoy the game!

Yes, it's a completely different rule set. Hope you enjoy it - caution is the key!

Ah, yes. I do these in one take so do make the odd silly mistake!

Looks fun, going to order this.
Thank you, much appreciated.
Bolt action Miniatures with these rules Any thoughts
@@michaelk9284 It would be possible but you’d need to build a hex map of the right size.
Thanks for this

Where can we find your games, Mike? Link?
Good idea! Here they are: www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09RBFZCDV?binding=paperback&qid=1646086665&sr=8-1&ref=dbs_dp_rwt_sb_pc_tpbk
Just ordered to take on holiday! Is there a campaign which links the games?

is there any way to get the first few page rules anywhere .. to go through the rules before onr decides to buy?
Sorry, there isn’t, but the playthrough should give you a good idea of how it works. Thanks.
