You know when people make videos about how great other countries are I say prove it by giving up your US passport/citizenship and then I’m 100% all in. What Americans don’t realize is the leverage of the US dollar which allows them to be in such a comfortable situation. The average Kenyan will probably have a vastly different opinion than yours. I bet if you took a poll on the streets asking people if you are poor are you more likely to make in America or Kenya they will tell you America. The US is not this awful place that some of you make it out to be.
This people just move from the USA with there family support probably then they make such videos as this one saying life is so easy here yet we in this country don't have the luxury of having a stronger currency like the dollar or abundant job opportunities and they start yapping how life is good in Kenya maybe they should try an average Kenyan job with an average Kenyan salary then tell us how that will go

I'm an Ethiopian diaspora investor, and one of my real estate contacts was insistent on taking me there last year-annoying guy. I would say the premise of Tatu City is great, but it's not particularly attractive to European-born Africans or African Americans. For the most part, we in the diaspora have the means to opt for developments in Muthaiga, Karen, and Runda, as well as off-plan projects in Kileleshwa, Parklands, Westlands, and Lavington. In my opinion, Tatu City is more suited for the African middle class, including relatively middle to upper-middle-class Indians, Sudanese, Somalis, Kenyans, and Nigerians. I say this because I saw the client list of those who had placed down payments, and there were very few from the diaspora, which also makes it more of a continental African, local-type gated community. Western-born Africans like myself from Europe, the Caribbean, or African Americans might find Tatu City a bit too local. It's not bad, but for families, it's easier to live in mixed areas with UN staff, expats, locals, and other Black diasporas, like those in Karen and Runda. These areas have international schools and are still within the city. Tatu City is outside Nairobi, and the traffic can be overwhelming. We prefer to be within the city for networking while still enjoying a quiet and serene environment.
You won’t own the land and you won’t be safe if they break out in a war. The people ain’t that attractive and how you going to make money within. You got to come with income or remote job. Stop.

@@Summertm but thats the point, most of the Kenyan foreigners especially the other African countries, dont contribute much to the growth of the country. Thats why they run from their struggling countries to Kenya. I also support immigration that lead to growth, not one that leads to overpopulation and increased crime rates

SEEMS LIKE EVERYONE IS CHARGING RIDICULOUS PRICES FOR CONSULTATIONS I WOULD HAVE THE OPTION TO DONATE WHAT YOU THINK IT'S WORTH I PLAN ON HELPING ASPIRING PASSPORT BROS LIKE THAT
welcome home bro
Stay say and Blessed wherever you decide to go in the world September 2 2024 usa
Karibu Kenya dear brother
Its time to come back home.ancestors are calling..you found yourself in America through slave trade but looks like the time has come to return home😊.
Welcome back
If you are charging $250 for a consultation, you need to provide professional insights into long-stay visa, immigration, banking, long-term rentals, buying property, licensing and regulations related to foreigners starting a business, etc. if you are just going to consult about areas to stay, clubs to visit, booking an AirBnB, then $250 is a bit excessive.
As someone who has lived in both places, I can say you are 100% spot on.
This people just move from the USA with there family support probably then they make such videos as this one saying life is so easy here yet we in this country don't have the luxury of having a stronger currency like the dollar or abundant job opportunities and they start yapping how life is good in Kenya maybe they should try an average Kenyan job with an average Kenyan salary then tell us how that will go
Back woods towns in the States 2k a month still ain't enough.
How do you make money?
Welcome back home

Do a visit at tatu city
I’m looking somewhere to call home..
is nairobi also a good spot for middle eastern and brown guys?
Try Mombasa
Nairobi and Kenya in general has been hosting people from diverse backgrounds for very long. Kenyans are generally welcoming.
@@Kazara-z7d ok that's good to know, thanks
