Making kombucha with the apples we thinned!

Hey there!
It is May and it is time to thin our apples but I have such a hard time doing it! So this year I am motivating myself to thin these fruits so that I can infuse our homage kombucha with it!
Here is an awesome channel that I watched to learn everything about kombucha making! I was so nervous at first but she answered all of my questions and I felt confident to try it myself.
