Great video, love the relaxed style. But just bought new discs for my van with pre-installed bearings and pads for £112. Probs best just replacing the discs with bearings.
Throughly enjoyed video as a TH-cam mechanic.

Proof that it can be done with basic tools and brute force if necessary 😂👍

What moment in kg you use in tightning the bearing

Fancy digger but no bearing press? The condition of that disc really warranted a new disc with a bearing already in. So much easier and no agro! Just my opinion though.

jeez.....never heard of a bearing press. I'd be pretty damned annoyed if you had done that to my discs. An abject lesson in how NOT to change the bearings on a van

You can use the bolts, to tighten it into place NOT, what he's done!

That can’t be good for the disk (rotor) can it.

What a stupid idea to build the bearing into the disk 🤦🏻 Make changing the disks more expensive for sure.

No experience, I see. For what it's worth. This is the easiest set of bearings I've ever replaced and I've done a few of them. Particularly on a commercial vehicle, trust me when I say, you'll be doing the set most of the time. Makes life way easier.
All in all, the triplets Trafic/Vivaro/Primastar are really easy to work on. ;-)
