New houses have indoor fire sprinklers ? The high lot elevation should be cooler in summer time !
Hi, Sam. Yes new houses are now required by code to have fire sprinklers. Those are the ones you saw that have small white caps in the ceiling. Yes you are right, the higher elevation is cooler during the hot weather.
