What an update. The devs working on this game never fail to impress me (and probably all of us as well).
What I'm hoping for is better surface material simulation. Tires don't dig into the dirt, which is why cars are so slidy, and why cars almost never roll sliding sideways even at very high speed

@@baefuckingbeautifuljoohyun Yeah, better than it used to be. Tires and traction have been a major issue from the beginning. It's been overhauled before but still needs lots of work
with the "esp" button, you can toggle drive modes in the Redtail. the caged is only 250-270hp, the confort is around 500-600, to unlockall of the 820hp, you need to switch on the most brutal setting.
I guarantee you can have a whole lot more fun if you use a steering wheel and pedals for beamng drive
And V-Sync... I absolutely hate the video tearing every 2 seconds...

On the bolide the back can also come of as well as on the redtail config for the bastion there is a new esc mode called savage and caged.

The bolide is arguably the better drivers car on this update
Yeah, I figured that out pretty quickly when I crashed the 390GTR at 200 into a tree, literally every was gone. The engine is one of the best looking in the game.

10:25 Neil, that Isn't quite group B, as the name of the car says, It's a Group 4 car. Group 4 never got advancements like AWD and didn't have as crazy power as the Group B cars did, still a dumb amount of power to be thrashing through forests with though.
Well... Audi Quattro started its life in group 4. It was unable to compete with better cornering and more reliable rivals. You could also see Jeep Wagoneer 4x4 in the 70's.
Nothing better than watching Neil show off a brand new car. And yeah, the Bruckell Bastian looks exactly like a hellcat. Speaking of hellcat. GTA Online came out it with the Contract update, and they actually added a full on Charger Hellcat. The Buffalo STX. And man, is it awesome. I love it. But yeah, great video Neil.

Kept the 3.5 V6 added twin turbo added the race ecu (to set it to 7k redline) and AWD swapped it. Easily 500+ hp at 15psi and 600+ at 20-25psi, it's kind of like a GTR knock off.
Edit: oh yeah wide body kit plus 18x10 wheels

I'm not 100% sure, but I think if you shift the automatic gear into S mode instead of D, you get slightly better acceleration.
one of the best things about this update is they updated the crashes. i just love how you can tear the front end completely off when going super fast which is more realistic
The rear end can come off the bolide too :D (at least one of the configs)
You can switch the esc to savage mode to get a lot more speed and power
The new Bolide is super sick. group 5 car and an o37 look alike!
The Bastion was AWESOME just by the look of it 😍👍, even tho i haven't tried the car yet but ik it's gonna be fun driving around and crashed em.
And the Bolide remaster was FIRE🔥, I love the new design and all the new config of the car like it was top of the line 👌🏻
you can change the esc mode theres caged,sport,drift,confort,and i think more they all sound diffrent to!
And you only gonna get the Full power by turning off the Esc (1,2 Bar)

Tbh, the Challenger car could be the Bruckell Bastion in coupe form. The Barstow is smaller, so it definitely is the Mustang of the BeamNG lore (the devs themselves say it's about the same size as the '71 Mustang Mach 1). 😎🤟

Neil, the Traffic AI has been revamped like a lot, I am not sure if it's a feature or not, but I realized during an accident, there's a chance an AI vehicle will pull-over as a witness/bystander.

Edit: The new Bolide Group 4 car looks almost exactly like a Lancia Delta Group B car. Awesome!
Stunning isn't it? Specifically, the lancia 037 which was rear wheel drive like the bolide. The Delta and S4 were later, 4WD cars
It feels like Dodge, but the front reminds me of the 2017 Kia models. The rear taillights remind me of a Ford Explorer except the bar on the trunk

the Bolide now has the odd quirk of splitting itself into pieces if you crash violently enough.
I've even crashed so hard that I nearly folded one in half :D
The Bolide looks much better. I love the Brickle!

When I worked as a mechanic back in the early 2000s, we had a Porsche 911 come in for repair, the entire front end was sheared off, insurance was gonna fix it tho

The bolide is arguably a whole new car, and it's the better one it the update.
you can change the settings of the ESC on the battlehawk to savage and itll be louder and i think abit faster
The Bastion is even faster if you play around with the drive modes

This update is really fuckin with me because literally two days ago I made a config of the Grand Marshal to resemble a “modern muscle car” since there wasn’t one in game. Then today they add a new modern muscle car based off some strange combo of a Ford Taurus and a Dodge Charger.
Edit: also, they added police interior equipment to the new car. Things like radios, rear prisoner cages, and a police computer. Strangely the grill and rear windshield flashers don’t work when you have a roof light bar. Doesn’t make much sense and hopefully they’ll fix that. It’s annoying having them but they don’t flash. Hopefully they add the police kit to other cars as well, the Grand Marshal has had its interior empty for way too long.
With the grand marshal I liked that there was a mod or something that added police lights in the bottom, plus if you saved a car confirmation you could just go to the car and click your custom car
@@MrSpace008 that’s what I’m sayin. The Marshal gets the exact same grill flashers as the Bastion, but they actually flash alongside the roof lightbar. It’s a little difference that really irks me, because modern American police cars are just totally covered in flashing lights, and at the very least have grill and rear window flashers

A lot of people were saying that the Bolide was a Ferrari and I tried to convince them it was a Lancia Stratos, I think this has proven my point.
Definitely a mix between the two. The only thing it really shares in common with a Stratos is the rally variant(s) and the engine / drivetrain layout. Everything else is very Ferrari

That's because the engine compartment and cabin are two separate pieces, so the car still runs even if severed, but you're literally not going anywhere

I know that the old Dodge Charger is also available as a station wagon, but the new version is not and the Dodge Charger station wagon and Chrysler 300 station wagon look the same from all sides apart from the front. the Ralative new Dodge Charger Widebody that Junkyarsd Dave is converting into a station wagon looks really Sick (In my Opinion), and i think it will look good on this car too.
@@Thorsten2101 Are you sure about the old Charger wagon because I'm 99.9% certain no such thing actually existed as a factory option (At least in the years of the Charger people want).

Honestly the single biggest sin of the new Charger is the complete lack of a two-door option. I have no clue why the crap that isn't even an option, even if 4-door was the standard.
This car is a nice cruiser and handles pretty well
This may be my new favourite car!
