Caterham Graduates Sigma 150 Championship Castle Combe R1

A difficult Quali left me much to do in 10th place. Then an accident from a previous race meant that the only way to run the race was with a yellow section from avon rise until the exit of quarry. This changed the whole dynamic of the race. It also meant that all the time you had gained to the cars behind was given back because you couldn't pass in that section. It resulted in a very frustrating race for many. During the green flag lap, I couldn't get the car into 4th gear at all and was going to retire it, but figured out if I let it hit the limiter in 3rd, I could force it into 4th by really ramming it back hard. So managed the race like this, it did cause the rear to jump each time I did it and felt awful, even so, I still missed it a couple of times. It also meant I couldn't use 5th because I wouldn't get back to 4th, which hurt on the run down to avon rise. I got frustrated trying to pass the 2 cars fighting in front, which had let the top 3 escape and stupidly tried to go round the outside of camp on the last lap, which undid all the work I had done during the race.
