🎄VLOGMAS DAY 6: Making Portuguese Biscuits (Biscoitos)

RECIPE:
6 cups of flour
3 tsp baking powder
6 eggs
1 1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 sticks of butter melted
3 tsp vanilla extract
Melt butter on stove top set aside.
Beat eggs and sugar
Mix in baking powder, salt and vanilla extract
Slowly add in flour
Add butter (make sure its not hot)
Knead dough and set in fridge 1-3 hours until firm.
Roll into rings, or twists whatever you prefer! You can even roll them out with a cookie cutter we did this afterward for my toddler!
