JBL Earbuds One Side Is Not Workig (left/right) - How To Fix

My left ear pod wasn’t working for making time. In a last resort, I took it back to my Nintendo playing day and I got a a-tip with alcohol. I cleaned the metal pins inside case that charges the pod and then I cleaned the pods. IT WORKED! they’re now charging

I used it for 4 years no problem even with lots of falls from hand, one of the best quality sound. Only now one of the earbud(right) is not working, not charging also.

When I take out/put back the right earbud into the case, the light on the case will blink like it does normally but the light on the earbud doesnt. Right side wont even turn on. please help me

​it works now for me. All I did was press 3 times and on on the third tap just hold for about 7 seconds . Then I just put the earbud in the case and took it bsck out . Now it works!@@Carlos-yr9fe

My left earbuds are not working it says that this feature is temporary disable in mono mode? And there is a white light which never goes off… Any help pls??

I cleaned mine with alcohol AND ITNWORKED!!!! Clean inside case also.

I thought my problem was software, but it was ear wax. I cleaned it very carefully using tweezers and cotton.
