Mr.Karthik has wide knowledge, request Vikadan to conduct seperate interviews (like that of Suxus founder) on the struggles in their journey from 1 Lakh to 1 crore, their employee incentive system, their tech innovations & it's impact on farmers/customers, their journey of scaling up from a small company to becoming a giant, the challenges they faced in logistics and how they overcame them.... There will be many more interesting questions Vikadan team, come up with seperate interviews!

Health of Mother Earth and the people living here will improve drastically if we change our farming methods to natural ways. It is high time we realize the fact that we are what we eat. The cost of vegetables and fruits also need not be this high. Please insist on natural farming using Dr. Subhash Palekar method to all the farmers. The general public (buyers) also need to insist farmers to grow vegetables and fruits that are chemical free.
