Of course you'll lose weight. You're regimenting what you're eating and also exercising. No snacks or beer etc in between. You can eat the most unhealthy stuff and lose weight if you're not eating enough of it. I thought videos like these were left back in the early 2000s

While I know Ken is not promoting this as a diet and it was for fun I think viewers should be aware these food items should be eaten sparingly. At 36,750 mg. of salt over the 7 days-- that's 5,250 mg. on average each day... that's a heart stopping amount of salt for anyone.

You don't need a membership to buy at the food court
Don't know about in Canada, but in the UK you need to scan a membership card to get in the front door and there is no way to get to the food court without going through that.

Not a lot of options in Canadian Costco’s. In Central America, we have pizza (cheese, pepperoni & supreme), fries, chicken bake, calzone, chicken pieces, chicken wings, cheeseburger, chicken burger, chicken salad and hot dog.

I am not sure if you have heard of or are aware of it but it's pretty awesome and has everything you could possibly want. Here in NY where i live, i'm not sure if Canada has it. But we have another warehouse store called Sam's club, it's like costco and everything. You need a card to get in and has tons of options. I don't do costco in my family we do sam's. I wish i did though because heard the hot food is delicious. Sam's is across the USA, you get a chance check it out😭
