Excellent tutorial, as always, Rodney. This game looks like a lot of fun. I normally don't care for word games because I don't like the way the legal moves in the game can change with the coinage of new words, potentially unbalancing the game (looking at you, "za"). However, that doesn't look like it will be a problem in this game, since there is no particular advantage to playing short words or uncommon letters (great choice by the designers in that respect). This one has definitely earned a place on my "want to try" list.
For some strange reason after watching this video I feel compelled to play a game about boxy gladiators in a bouncy arena... I don't undertand why.. it Strike(s) me as odd.
1. At the start of each round, when you pass the tie breaker token and refill cards, do you distribute coin again (like you do in first round)? 2. Do you only use the star-marked-starter-modifier cards in the first round of monsters, or do you mix them into the rest of the modifiers to use in later rounds?
1. From what I understood you keep the coins as is on any existing monster cards and only add coins to new monster. 2. The star modifier cards are returned to the box after setup and are not used again until as new game.
Seems like a really funny games, every country get his own version? The Italian one's deks will have 200 cards probably we use way too many letters😅 One question, i really apreciate you don't do reviews of games, but, have you ever presented a video of some game you didn't like ?
This first, most important factor of games we feature, is that I have to like the game in some way. I don’t have to LOVE it, but I have to like something about it. The videos take too much work (and then we answer every comment/question on them for years), that if we didn’t like them, it would be pretty torturous to create and then support them that way :)
No, it just means that if you do 5 damage, and therefore, should get 5 coins, but only 3 coins are on the monster - you take 3 and forfeit the other 2 you would normally be owed.
You'll need to agree to a dictionary to use before the game, so as long as all players are using the same language it should be fine! That kind of thing would be all up to the player's discretion.

When you Overkill a monster, does the rules' reference to "forfeiting the rest" mean you don't get the monster trophy?
No, it just means that if you do 5 damage, and therefore, should get 5 coins, but only 3 coins are on the monster - you take 3 and forfeit the other 2 you would normally be owed.
