Sir, thanks for taking up the burning issue of State wise GDP. I want to supplement that in West Bengal, apart from negative politics of trade unions and resultant exodus of business from West Bengal, influx of poor population from Bihar, Jharkhand, UP, MP and Odisa besides from neighbouring countries like Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan are the reasons of low per capita GDP of West Bengal.

Question Basant Ji : I have a Corpus of 20 Lakhs in EPF ,I want to take it out . I think I can remove it if I buy 2nd home. Is there any other way I can withdraw this as I feel that 7-8 % Interest is very low in this inflation situation.I have another NPS corp for retirement things.What is the best way to take it out and utilise this,not sure if I can buy stocks with this.Please suggest.

One solution for the farmers is to move to fruit plants where recurring expenditures not required but earning continues over years. Also farmers should go for new generation crops like kiwi, broccoli, etc. in place of paddy, wheat, etc.
Most indian land is very fertile, so leaving agriculture completely doesnt make sense. Tbf, no of people involved in Agri is quite high. Few people need to do agriculture on bigger land parcels, and rest have to be involved in Agri related businesses. Remaining one after that should work in all different streams of jobs through better education.

Sir, one way farmers can increase their income is by adding value to their produce. For example if they grow makhana then they can season that makhan with masala or dried mint package it and sell it. But bureaucracy is an issue get FSSAI license is a challenge.
Well said sir, value your time. Like an educated housewife need not necessarily do all the household chores. She can always hire someone for these works and look for more valuable work according to her potential.
We have 3 acres agriculture land before 2019 The price of 1 acres land is approx 18 lakh but the annual income from 1 acre is approx 1 lakh which is less than senior citizen savings scheme 8.2 % interest rate ie 1.48 lakh
So we decided to sell our land and put 50 % in scss and 50% in niftybee (not taking any risk) as it is my father's hard earned money from agriculture
