I always get choked up with Long's compliments.
I really like it when player characters are connected to one of the factions of the game. Symbaroum is a game of factions after all. So I do like Nazca. I am not so happy with all these "my character doesn't want to have anything to do with any of them"-types you have so often in your party (except for those present in this group, of course). If I had the chance to play Symbaroum again (and not just lead it), I would probably play an hardcore orthodox priest of Prios. Just for fun and because it's something different than the typical "we'll end up with the Iron Pact" you see so often.
I always enjoy when a party can have multiple perspectives and factions to turn to. Sometimes it takes a little good faith to just roll with the player until you think of why your character *does* want to work with them. It sure helps to be in a supportive group to begin with. And honestly I hear ya - a priest of Prios could be a ton of fun.
I love all the distinct factions within Symba, and how even within those factions there's political play at work. Nazca is a fun addition, and knowing a little of her backstory (not yet revealed), I'm excited to see how she affects the story in the beats and books to come!
I'm a big fan of the Twilight Friars/Black Cloaks. Such a cool sub-group within the Church of Prios.
I love the show, really do. Amazing RPing by Jeff and all the players! But I can't for the life of me understand the idea behind "I will create a PC that will treat all other PCs really bad from the start, without any reason. That should be fun, right?" Well... Not really, no.
Appreciate the first part of that comment. No idea what you're talking about for the second half. I don't think we have any PCs that fit the description you've listed here. And, we ARE having fun, so I don't really get that last part either. Thanks for watching nonetheless! :)
