I did the calculations, and turns out total volume of fluid is 65.975L, and alcohol content per volume (so the total amount you're getting in a cup of jungle juice) is maximum 11.5%ABV or 23 proof, however it will likely be lower because as the ice melts it will further dilute the drink.

Just a heads up.
I’m a plumber and I can tell you that if you have a metal sink without any special type of insulation below it will condensate from the cold water and drip all over the underside of the sink into your cabinet.
So you might want to throw a couple towels below your sink if you plan on trying this.
I'm a maintenance tech and I would also point out that the adhesive binding may fail on undermount sinks. This can lead to actually at a minimum a call out for the sink remount and possibly serious damage to your drainage requiring replacement. Exercise caution. Try just buying a large container to build this in

Got no clue why but this guy generates my interest in alcohol much like in my younger days when I used to drink without any inhibitions and never counted the number of empty bottles at the end of day .
