*@Karen, I'm so happy that you incorporated the JOY questions! You're absolutely correct, so many of us know the traumas of her story (and the other Tulsa narratives) but not so much the 'Happy Times'.*
*I once interviewed a famous person (that you know) she was beyond traumatized as a child. I hated looking at interviews that would make her relive the PAIN. When I interviewed the 'Sheroe', I asked her about her favorite songs and childhood games, her face lit up and she began to tell me things that none of the other interviewers were able to attain. Also, thank you for asserting that Mother Viola is EXTREMELY EDUCATED, EXTREMELY!!!!!* 💕👑💕

The judge refusing to issue reparations to the Tulsa Massacre survivors is sinful and evil. These people live to be 100 years old. And the judge not ruling in their favor is just evil.

What an incredible interview Ms. Hunter... It is incumbent upon us to Take A Stand Now regarding the dissimal of the case...Tens of billions provided by America to Ukraine yet Constitutional Conservative judge Wall deemed this case did not meet the criteria? Time to withhold our 1.5 TRILLION-350 days in Montgomery again today until Reparations are provided NOW to the three remaining Centurions.

    Karen,
I'm sure this is just another display of your character (which you've demonstrated consistently on your show), but I don't know you personally. That being said, I want to personally THANK you for the care, respect, gentleness, and grace that you displayed during this interview. Mother Fletcher is a JEWEL who reminds me of the matriarchs of my family. They shaped generations of people who grew up to care for and love our communities. Every time Mother Fletcher laughed, I heard my mother (who passed in '22), my aunts, great aunts and grandmothers.
The rich history and identity (that was systematically attacked) lives within our elders, and therefore its a gift inherited (our generational wealth).
The care and respect you shared at the feet of the amazing woman was priceless, and gives tribute to ALL of our matriarchs.
    Thanks again...

The education, wisdom and information she has can not be found in any book. We have to stop putting scholastic training in such a high pedestal and start tapping into the natural born intelligence we all possess. Everyone wants all the power and that’s another problem, but love how she doesn’t to care to much about having all the power… she is truly wise. This just reassures me that folks now days want to exaggerate there experience, when are parents and great grandparents had set the standard 100 years ago, and already gave there blood, sweat, and tears. To civilize this place for you and I.
