There is no Time limit for doing pranayam. If you can give more time it will be great. But i recommend minimum 20 rounds a day. You can do pranayam whenever your stomach is light. Do not do it on full stomach( after eating)
Sir, kapalabhathi and bhastrika are we do with fast exhalation and inhalation. Here we breath at nostrils only. And breathing rate per Minuit increases. But puraka, kumbka through which we breath through stomach. It is entirely different with Kapalabathi and bhastrika. You are suggested to do bhastrika and kapalabathi. If we practice these along with puraka and kumbka. how can we minimize breathing rate per Minuit? We can't got Benefits of Puraka and kumbka! What you say sir about this? Sir please give reply!
Kapalabhati is more like a lung excercise which will increase the lung capacity which inturn helps us hold breath during kumbhaka for longer duration. Kapalabhati also helps as a cleansing technique ro remove excess toxins from lungs. Right practise of Bhastrika also includes proper kumbhaka. I will do a seperate video on Bhastrika
