Thanks to the person who mentioned Songs of Solomon above. The difference between a love song by a Gospel artiste and a secular one are lyrics. Moses Bliss's songs for his wife are biblical. Having said that I have also listened to some secular love songs which are good with no profanities.
Moses Bliss love songs are personal and they are not seductive the world love songs are seductive to the core
Every song is taking you somewhere. Every song is gradually opening a door for you to a particular lifestyle. If you dont think the lifestyle is pleasing to God, avoid the song else it will slowly but surely carry you go where you no know. And like samson, one day you're a warrior, another day youre tied down by addictions, mocked and shamed by your enemies.
You have just done justice to somebody's write-up by saying "It is the inspiration behind it"
Very simple. What we see and what we hear are what build us up as humans. The very thought this particular lady had in putting up this question, came from one inspiration or the other.
We are all spirit beings walking on earth as human with souls and body. And there are different spirits who fights to access us every day to express themselves. The holy Spirit is gentle and everything about Him is, as well. Other spirits aren't like that. So, they set your eyes and ears on deceitful things. Before you realize it, you open a door to something you have no idea of.
Many times, the songs certain circular artists sing are not bad. But the question is, what sponsored their line of thought? What spirit at the particular moment were they operating under? (Recall King Saul's demonic attack only goes when David plays his strings. That was possible because David was under the influence of the Holy Spirit).
I can go on and on for you to under why Jesus told 'Peter' "Fresh and blood had not given you this but by my father" when He ask His disciples "Who do men say I am?"
Where was the father? And what about the other people who spoke?
They all spoke from a certain spirit. (When you read Job 32:8. It says "There is a spirit in man and only the sprit of the lord gives it understanding").
Another day Jesus had to rebuke this same 'Peter' when he said Jesus cannot die and wherever He will go, he will follow Him. Jesus had to rebuke him saying "Get thee behind me, Satan" Would you say what Peter said was wrong or bad? No, but to the person of Jesus and what He had to do, that was an opposing force.
To conclude this;
It's time believers have to stand firm and defend what we believe without going by the waves of the world. (Though, we are in the world but we are not of the world).
We have to come to the full knowledge of the person we claim to follow. "Not every good thing is right for you to do as Christian"
There is too many deception and believers are more confused. We got to rise and shine so bright as the light 💡 🔆 in this world to make our relevance be felt like the salt that we are.

Mind you both parties are in love, and in this case, I am not talking about all circular songs.
It's not a crime to have a love song written! But what matters is:
*What inspires you singing such song?
*Your motive for having such song written.
Moses could be inspired by his wife's nature(character, beauty etc) and his motive is nothing but to appreciate her.

But what do you think could have inspired a circular artiste to sing a love song for their partner if not all these things you have mentioned?

Secular artists in most instances don't sing for their partners they hire models from what we have seen on the videos ideally unlike a gospel artist and I will narrow it down to Moses Bliss who released a real life partner song. Could be one of the differences to look out for

1. It depends on our choices.
2. Then the level of our maturities in the spirit,but nevertheless I don't see a sin in it either spiritual or circular songs coz everyone also has there taste. What inspires you might not inspire me,there some songs you listen to that another person won't like to give their ears to.

Love song is love song. A lot of those we call circular artists also sing wonderful love songs. Please what is wrong with singing a love song. Didn't Jesus ask us to love? Infact the songs are really nice with great meanings. Enjoy your music and forget about if he is gospel or circular. A nice song is a nice song.

3. The person who is singing his personality matters too..if I decide to use Moses Bliss song to walk down d aisle no1 ll raise a dust but if I use Dija pple ll raise eyebrows nd churches self ll kick.

Association matters Yoruba ll say "you don't sing a burial song in a wedding" it's just like a chorister singing tiwa salvage song during praise and worship 😅, everyone in church ll look awkward for a moment but if it was Mercy chinwos song y not....same thing in d circular word if u sing a gospel song in a club dey ll look at u with a bombastic side eyes. So it is obvious we accept the person singing the song then reject the other (circular) not because of their lyrics but because of the group they belong to or they are identified with.
It depends on the inspiration dear not all songs are songs to listen to as a Christian

The difference is the lyrics and the type of words they will use, for a circular artist he will directly use words like "your ass, your breast etc, to describe his partner, while the gospel artist will carefully choose his words. That's the only difference I see here.

Like the example I used in this video, a song by Di'ja, the lyrics is decent just like that of Moses Bliss.
Our God is a God of love. He is Originator of love and marriage. We have Song of Solomon in the Bible... Have you read the whole book before?. It is about love for a wife and husband being expressed.
It's about the lyrics ..... lots of Moses Bliss's love testament are mostly scripture.... example,he who finds a wife finds a good thing....bone of my bone, etc. it's expressing love for a beloved in a godly way ..... there's a spirit behind every song.
As soon as a song starts, the spirit of the song is evoked, and moods and reactions are activated.....if it's a godly song with a godly spirit backing guess what, the Holy Spirit is evoked and the presence of God become evident.
..... the reverse is also true..
Remember, the Bible says whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, and of good report think of these.
