I am a number of realizations that happen to be the same as Dr. Jan.. I didn't read or hear these realizations anywhere but they came to me as I asked myself questions after meditating. Truth is truth everywhere
When people have too much knowledge, it gets difficult for them to answer questions simply sometimes. The explanation goes round and round and round and if you lose concentration easily, you won't understand. The answer to whether there is reincarnation or not was that, we are of one spirit. If you, a part of the spirit comes to earth an you live a life deserving of learning certain lessons, even if you die before that lesson is learnt, you will have to come back to learn that lesson to better your life.
