Although I'm seeing more definition, my arms don't look any bigger than when I started. I try to focus more on burning all this fat off but it looks like it's gonna take some time :/

I have a question about the 5:1 carb/fiber rule. If I'm trying to do a 5000 calorie diet with a macro mix of 50% carbs, 30% fats, and 20% protein - my carb intake would be around 625 grams. That would be 125 grams of fiber. That being said, the average male adult consuming 2000 calories a day has a recommended fiber intake of 38 grams. Having too much fiber can cause stomach pain, gas, bloating, etc. I'm about to attempt my journey to gain weight and get healthier. Should I be concerned about consuming 125g of fiber?
When your doing fat loss one specific exercise is mountain climbers. Also, do more exercises besides that but do this one there many other exercises. Like abdominal exercises build that muscle in the core you would work that fat off build abs push-ups this will burn fat plus helps your chest a lot more. Don't put this off don't be lazy #JUSTDOIT when you have something planned do it comment back see what you think ok.
Take aways: a. Protein: 30-40 gms per day for an average 180 pounds (80Kgs) man. spaced out throughout the day and leucine in between the meals Meat protein is good, anything that is animal protein is good. Dairy protein is good. b. Carbs: Carb:Fibre ratio = 5:1 ... low glycemic index carbs in the morning, we can have higher ones after workouts c. Fats: Unsaturated fats are good and we can use them to replace carbs in the breakfast for better results. d. Vitamins: essential e. Salt: not to worry. Salt is necessary for drawing water into muscle cells to make them swell. f. Cheating: Allowed for special occasions. Just get right back into your diet.
-Just fucking work your muscles until you think you did enough. You are tired and you leave the gym weak and exausted -Bench -Squat -Deadlift -PowerClean -Hill sprints/sprints (my favorite cardio exercise for burning many calories) -These exercises work the majority of your major muscles. -Curls, skull crushers, calf raises, abs ect should come second (In My Opinion) -Drink water throughout the day and nothing else except a cup of shitty black coffee or tea (remember, no additional things to process your food/drink) -Work your best to your ability in any state of physical ability. Fuel your body with what grows on the earth and roams the earth, (it's rawest state, the less processed the better). And come back for some more IRON BABY!! =||||==👊😠👊==||||= Modern civilization has changed many of our minds and simple processed foods can cause addiction.. Adding sugar, condiments, toppings, frying in oils ect. Eat basic raw foods and work your ass off just like any human before civilization. great info, BUT... I have a question. If you are type 2 diabetic as I am, how do you fit carbs in the equation as to not spike your glucose levels and have a really high A1C level ? thanks
The Coalition most jobs allow time for 2 meals in a 8 hour day. So that would be 3 meals before you even leave your job, one after then one later would be 5. 4 would be easy to do for most anyone.

Even though, I totally respect jacob for his work. Too much dairy cannot possibly be good for you? How did they test the long-term affects on your health with dairy? Also what diet do you suggest for vegan bodybuilding?
I was thinking the exact same thing, dairy has been shown to cause many issues with the human body, so after hearing that, the remainder made me go hmmmm....
He's not saying these foods lead to weight loss, but muscle. I don't agree with his tips but high carb vegans are usually stick skinny without little to no muscle . I'm vegan myself but you have to admit vegans don't really bulk up (however it is possible if the person eats lots of plant based protein like lentils, beans, etc)
So long as you are lean, you got the best shape. Bulking up is not a spiritual body. When I see lean people who are really skinny and all they have is muscle, I really want to get to that kind of shape. And also remember: to much protein, especially animal-based, leads to cancer and kidney issues. Our ancestors did not eat too much of these things and they were strong.

Man ... lot of people cant tolerate milk and dairy... my skin is alergic to dairy, dairy promotes inflamation ...
I REALLY enjoyed this video. THUMBS UP.
Good stuff thanks guys
The breakfast part is very true I recommend it for anyone cutting with a big appetite
That was just critical teaching, hoping for more of this
"The more servings of dairy people have per day, the healthier they are"... I switched off this 'master class' at this point... Embarrassing.
I said the same thing to myself when I heard that. He just thrashed his credibility; another FDA "scientist."
u mad?
lol same... i thought to myself, what studies are u looking at?!??!!
mmmmm vegan tears mmm yum
Lol im not a vegan or even vegetarian... he's just wrong.
This guys knows his stuff..great videos..keep up the good work!
Can You Do One On Fatloss Because Theres A Lot of People Looking To That Info to
When your doing fat loss one specific exercise is mountain climbers.
+Justin Estep Yes, ive been consistent for 6 months now man doing some high volume on my cut to burn those extra calories
Try hiit cardio
+REE ANIMATION Yes Ree im started doing keto a week ago and already depleted pretty harsh diet 😭
Insanity works well , Max Intensity Hiit
Take aways:
a. Protein: 30-40 gms per day for an average 180 pounds (80Kgs) man.
spaced out throughout the day
and leucine in between the meals
Meat protein is good, anything that is animal protein is good. Dairy protein is good.
b. Carbs:
Carb:Fibre ratio = 5:1 ...
low glycemic index carbs in the morning, we can have higher ones after workouts
c. Fats:
Unsaturated fats are good and we can use them to replace carbs in the breakfast for better results.
d. Vitamins: essential
e. Salt: not to worry. Salt is necessary for drawing water into muscle cells to make them swell.
f. Cheating: Allowed for special occasions. Just get right back into your diet.
-Just fucking work your muscles until you think you did enough. You are tired and you leave the gym weak and exausted
-Bench
-Squat
-Deadlift
-PowerClean
-Hill sprints/sprints (my favorite cardio exercise for burning many calories)
-These exercises work the majority of your major muscles.
-Curls, skull crushers, calf raises, abs ect should come second (In My Opinion)
-Drink water throughout the day and nothing else except a cup of shitty black coffee or tea (remember, no additional things to process your food/drink)
-Work your best to your ability in any state of physical ability.
Fuel your body with what grows on the earth and roams the earth, (it's rawest state, the less processed the better).
And come back for some more IRON BABY!!
=||||==👊😠👊==||||=
Modern civilization has changed many of our minds and simple processed foods can cause addiction.. Adding sugar, condiments, toppings, frying in oils ect. Eat basic raw foods and work your ass off just like any human before civilization. If they weren't swole, they were usually ripped if they were fed well!
It's your choice. Grind through the week with your boring fuel and have a nice cheat meal on the weekend and look great, or enjoy your tasty food througout the week but frown in the mirror in the morning when your fat starts to creep up on your body.
Love your videos keep them coming. I've been working out for about 3 weeks , I'm over weight I want to lose the weight get in shape. Don't even know how to diet but I know I have to start some where. This video at least gives me an idea where to start. Thanks
how'd it go
How's it come along brother
Lotta info . Definitely going to watch this video a few different times . Lotta info here . Thanks !
What a well spoken motivational chap. Great advice.
I like your simple way of delivering the information. Definitely with your PhD in this area, you know very complex information, but you keep it so simple and informative. Thanks
This makes sense for someone eating 5 to 6 time meals per day. However, this would be impossible for someone that is on Intermittent Fasting on a 16/8 ratio! I'm barely able to fit in 3 meals! What is your take on Plant Based Protein! I'm currently consuming Orgain Plant Base Protein Powder with Super Foods! Thank you! ;-)
The best advice about fitness on the internet, unfortunately, it's not for average ppl to understand. U need to understand basic organic chemistry, and nutrition to get what he's saying.
TH-cam google hahaha.. it is simple, avoid sugar and you will be fit. Most avg people understand this but we are all addicted to sugar
This is a great video and it's very informative. Thanks man!
Should we consume organic meats, farm raised salmon vs wild caught. Does any of this matter?
Who trynna start their 2017 right? 💪🏾
allmighty_mix Me
I’m tryna start my 2018 right! Let’s go!!!
Im going to start my 2017 right I can feel this is my year💪💪
Edit:
I’m gonna start my 2018 right 💪💪💪
DM Allmighty hi uhh uh
Betta Min you should have actually edited it 😂
7 fundamentals but my favorite is when he said "it's alright to have a piece of cake"
What were the 7 fundamentals again?
Best nutrition video ive ever seen
This guy had me up until he said "studies are showing the more dairy you consume, the healthier you are"
What I’m saying😂
Agree
go get a PHD like this guy and then come back and talk theories to us
He's so misinformed...we don't have to eat animals for protein.
Patricia Wilson for a better quality yes you do Patricia you idiot. Name me a better alternative?
ima have my piece of cake damn it and nothing can stop me ima eat it all the way up
you da real MVP!
thank you lol
One slice and lift weights or do pushups afterwards!
eat sleep gym, you work out you grow muscle. enjoy the gym dont turn it into a school lesson.
Make sure you go back to your program lol
great info, BUT... I have a question. If you are type 2 diabetic as I am, how do you fit carbs in the equation as to not spike your glucose levels and have a really high A1C level ? thanks
u fast or go keto
I followed this guy speaking here and he was a twig a fee years ago...he got some mass on his frame now
How is one meant to eat 6, 5 or even 4 meals a day while working? Do body builders not have jobs?
The Coalition yeah they bodybuilders
The Coalition you have to do meal prep for the week.
The Coalition most jobs allow time for 2 meals in a 8 hour day. So that would be 3 meals before you even leave your job, one after then one later would be 5. 4 would be easy to do for most anyone.
Great video. Thank you!
I call BS on "The more dairy people have the healthier they are"!
100
Old generations lived longer and were bigger and stronger due to having dairy each and everyday... go do ur research
@@kazhussaini6475 I suggest you do your research. Dairy is poison. People never lived longer than today. And in the past yes people might have been healthier due to better live style. Not because of dairy but despite dairy. People were way more active, eating healthier foods (no gmo etc..), had better social lifes, less stress etc..
I totally agree this guy definitely works for the Dairy cabal and he's trying to poison us shame on him and are they just giving anyone a PHD these day's? And a lab were he can fake the scientific results 🤔🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦
@@thewambamfam252 having PhD doesn't make an honest guy by default. Meat diary and tobacco industry spend billions funding studies to prove their products are good for you. In fact it's much harder to find someone to support you and give you a lab if you go against them!
218ilbs 7% body fat, I eat all chicken and fish and a ton of veg. Love me some cows milk and a lot of it. Beer on the weekend, not diet focused eat good work out hard and enjoy life. To much science live your life your here for 70+years if your lucky do you feel good move on.
Great tips!
4-5 meals a day, plus snacks in between? I work in an office 😆
Eat in the bathroom lol
Your office dont have a small dineing room
Eat bigger, more frequent snacks.. or just eat your chicken until they can’t judge you.
Ikr, the problem is it becomes your lifestyle you really have to give that extra step
"Average 180 pound guy"... I'm only 153 lb 😔
mashed potatoes, rice, add some egg whites in their. sauce of choice. not the most pleasant but awesome for adding weight. mass gainers help. hope this helps.
mass gainers is a waste of money buy food and eat it lol
+Patrick Olivier honestly it helped me. i work a busy job for a decent amount of hours so i can only eat so much on a given day at work. hence the mass gainer. i supplement between meals because its easier than stopping what im doing to crack open a tupperware container of food. im at 200 from being 150 so it helped me. everyone grows different and has different routines and habits. what doesnt work for A may work for B.
Mass gainers are good it's just an issue when people rely on them instead of proper meals
You'll get to 180 if you try hard
1. Oreos
2. Whataburger
3. Avocados
4. Flamming Hot Cheetos
5. Diet Dr. pepper & peanuts
6. Sushi
7. Chinese buffet
Is there a better feeling than eating a pizza without a guilt knowing that it wouldn't mess up your fitness plans? Agoge Diet thank you for everything!
I’m working on a recipe
it was OKAY. i mean im 19 been lifting 6 years, only really started to get into it last 1 year and im no expert in nutrition but this vid was a bit off. i mean yeah your average joe that isnt in the best shape and wants to start lifting will highly benefit from this video ( lets be honest thats where the moneys at ) but us lifters can kinda cut out bits in this video. not once did he mention caloric intake, u can be the healthiest eater on earth and still gain weight from eating too much food. bla bla bla
Just wrong. Read a book dude
Hi. Which is better? Amino 2222 or Amino Mutant? Thanks for the answer. 🙂
@@businessesquire4538 it causes problems if you're lactose intolerant.
Eat a lot of animal sources of protein for vegan bodybuilding 💪🏿🍖
Here comes Vegan Gains to the rescue.
Ha! SO true!
Lmao yea or Banana Girl vegan hippie police
Haha well FYI I made some pretty cray gainz as a vegan ;D
Brian DelCid Fitness nice!!
I should send this video to Vegan Gains ill bet he would destroy every single claim in the video
I like the way this guy explains. Thumbs up
I'm here to see what the experts have to say
PhD in youtube masters in domonology degree in Arnold motivational speeches
Jeff Cavalier called, he said “ WRONG “
I agree with Jeff
Finally someone who gets it
Liked and subbed because of this guy, love it
0:57 the methyl group in thymine is missing an H
I was about to start drinking milk but then I looked at the comments lol good looks everybody 😂😂
I drink milk everyday. the gains are great
how about the disease gains?
Dr. Jacob Wilson, probably one of the best nutrition information sources out there!
Then how do you explain mostly really skinny high carb vegans?
He's not saying these foods lead to weight loss, but muscle. I don't agree with his tips but high carb vegans are usually stick skinny without little to no muscle . I'm vegan myself but you have to admit vegans don't really bulk up (however it is possible if the person eats lots of plant based protein like lentils, beans, etc)
+Sonia Michelle Not as good as lean Meats chicken and turkey
genes. Go to Africa and people dont really care what they eat. There are no gyms there.
I also see a lot of overweight vegans and vegetarians.
